Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Mit den sehr nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können Sie schnell beliebte Städte wie Bozen oder Brixen erreichen, einen Ausflug auf eine der nahegelegenen Almen wie die Villanderer oder Seiser Alm sowie auch nach Gröden oder Villnöss machen. Overlooking the mountain, the 52 m2 holiday apartment "Dolomiten Winklerhof" impresses guests with its fantastic views. It is located 10-minutes from the village of Villanders (Villandro) in the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol. The holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

The single house that you and your loved ones can enjoy all to yourself is located in a very private location at 1,300 m. The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

Our apartment is centrally located, but surrounded by nature, in a former farmhouse, the Glunhof: in spring, summer and autumn an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, for example, to the nearby Dolomites, in winter a perfect location for winter sports enthusiasts; the famous Val Gardena, for example, is in the immediate vicinity. The artists' town of Klausen with shopping and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk via the bike path.

Vacation home Gann - Greit

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
