The property is new, a newcomer in 2024. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30 sqm cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hairdryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

In the glass igloo, you will experience the natural phenomena of Lapland as if you were part of them, the summer's midnight sun, the winter blizzard and the northern lights, and the silence on the shore of a wilderness lake. The area has a main building where you will find a restaurant with a full license, serving breakfast and dinner on request. The main building also has separate toilets and showers for women and men.

This modern 3-bedroom home combines clean design with high ceilings & large windows overlooking the surrounding pine forest. Guests can enjoy the private terrace and sauna, as well as direct access to ski tracks and nature trails. Shops, restaurants, and local services are within walking distance. Throughout the year, a variety of outdoor activities and peaceful moments in Lapland’s nature are close at hand.

hand built round log traditional lapland cabin by the lake with magical forests, animals, and activities. half way between rovaniemi and levi. beautifully simple and with everything you need, one of us must meet you on the other side of the lake when you arrive and take you to cabin on snow mobile or by boat (depending on time of year). we have a hand built separate sauna and a wood fired hot tub on site, (hot tub charges apply) plus lake side fire pit and of course log fire in cabin.

Experience the enchanting beauty of Arctic: Northen Lights and the magical time called Polar Night or bewildering midnight sun. Scenic, wellmaintained road, 60 km to Kittilä airport, 45 to popular ski resort Levi (or pickup). Nearby the enchanting fell Pulju to discover (snowshoes available). In winter a true wonderland of snow, in summer a spot on destination for nature lovers.

This cozy minihome was built in November 2024 and is set in the peaceful nature of Lapland, just a 30-minute drive from Levi and about 1 km from Lake Jerisjärvi. It features a fireplace, AC, underfloor heating, fast WiFi (100mb/s), a shower and a freezer toilet. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults on a sofa bed. Shared amenities include a lean-to shelter with fireplace, a rowing boat on Lake Jerisjärvi, maintained ski and snowshoe trails in winter, and a sledding hill with free sleds.

Enjoy easy living in this cosy and centrally located cabin in a peaceful and highly valued area of Kätkä. Only 1km walking or driving distance to Levi Center and the slopes. You are located next to Kätkä fell and lake Immel that is a perfect spot for spotting northern lights. The owners have been living in the area for over a decade and are still living in the neigbourhood to be of your assistance with planing of your tours and giving the best tips for the local restaurants.

This cosy cabin is nestled in the Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park - Lapland's true wilderness, surrounded by peaceful forests, lakes, and fjells. It’s the perfect place to experience authentic Finnish culture, away from the larger resorts and crowds of Levi or Rovaniemi for example. We are only a 25-minute drive from Äkäslompolo village and 45 minutes from Kittilä Airport. Here, you’ll enjoy dark skies, privacy, comfort, and the natural beauty of Lapland in every season.

Cottage under the northern lights

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax in the midst of pure nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can do skiing, snowshoeing, and fishing. In addition, we organize snowmobile tours as desired. The cottage is about 75km to the city of Rovaniemi. Ice fishing tour 40€ person, 1-2h.
