You can ski down directly to the yard of this cottage from the longest ski slope in Finland! There is also a snowshoeing trail to Ylläs fell from the backyard. Our small cottage with sauna, located in the center of Äkäslompolo village in Lapland, along the old reindeer trail, is an excellent destination for one or two people. In the sauna of the cottage, you can enjoy the steam of a traditional wood-fired sauna. All the village's services are within walking distance and buses to the airport or train station leave from the courtyard of a nearby hotel a couple of hundred meters away. You can go swimming after the sauna without worrying about the neighbors. This cottage accommodates 7 people at its best, but works best with less than six people. Downstairs you will find a hallway, a kitchen with a great fireplace, a sauna, a shower room, a toilet and a bedroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with views of nature.

In the second floor there are tv area, sofa bed, one single bed and one double bed or two single beds. Spacious back terrace opens to the forest. There are one parking space with heating.
