The nearest services can be found in Levi (50km) and the nearest airport is in Kittilä (70km). At the property, you'll have access to the entire cottage, a yard shelter, and a heating point for the car. The surrounding nature with its diverse waters offers nature experiences in all seasons. The nearby Puljutunturi is a great hiking destination. No hunting.

The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

Ylläs Mukka log cabin, Äkäslompolo, Lapland

Ylläs Mukka is a cozy half of a cabin (49 + 6 m2) with good transport connections. The open living room-kitchen space allows you to get together by the fire. The sauna heats up with a stone chimney, and there are four people staying upstairs. The kitchen is well-stocked, a washer and dryer cabinet for laundry service, and an efficient 200 Mbps fiber optic connection, for example, for working remotely. The rent doesn't include the final cleaning, the guest is responsible for it. You must also bring your own sheets and towels.

In peace, cottage, electricity, lake in winter

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax. The cottage is located on the shore of Ounasjoki. Behind the river is Aakenustunturi. The cottage has electric heating, a wood stove, and a fireplace. The sauna is heated with wood, which is also located in the same building. Access to the sauna is via the terrace. Water for the sauna is fetched from the river with buckets and heated with wood in the sauna stove. The property has a very neat outdoor toilet with no heating. The ice hole in the river is open in winter.

The cottage accommodates 6 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails, slopes and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen, you can admire the mountain landscape and see the starry sky and the northern lights in the evenings. Distance to the slopes 1.4 km. Levin Villa Repo is a modern and stylish log cabin with two bedrooms, completed in December 2023. It spans 80m² and is located in a peaceful setting, directly adjacent to forest and cross-country ski trails. The villa's large windows offer stunning panoramic views of the enchanting nature and forest landscapes. The villa includes a carport and ample parking space in close proximity. The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.
