Water for the sauna is collected from the river with buckets and heated with wood in the sauna pad. The property has a very clean outdoor toilet with no heating. Ice hole in the river open in winter.

Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.
