Surface renovation of the apartment in September 2022! Kuerkömmeli is a studio apartment with a sauna and a loft in the magnificent scenery of Ylläs, close to the services of Äkäslompolo town center. From the courtyard of Kuerkaltio, you have easy access to the trails and paths, as well as to conquer Kuertunturi. Bus stop on the adjacent road and 1.5 km to Jounin Kauppa.

Terraced apartment with sauna

The apartment is about 6 km from the center of Pello and is located about 200 m from the shore of the Tornionjoki river. Possibility to rent one or two boats and a motor for salmon fishing at an additional cost of 50 €/day/boat. Pets are allowed, but please make sure they don't get on the beds or sofas. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a completely hair-free apartment.

The property is about a 300-meter walk from the Ylläs Ski Resort gondola lift and ski slopes.
