We are currently working on enclosing our garden area but it already has a bike storage unit and picnic table. The world renowned Glentress mountain bike venue and 'GoApe' are two miles away, beautiful walks into the local hills, salmon fishing and golf are all on the doorstep.

Our traditional cottage is just a stone's throw from the award winning Peebles High Street. The property is in immaculate condition with a modern and stylish interior and provides an excellent base for visitors to the Scottish Borders. The cottage consists of one large bedroom, one bathroom, a stylishly decorated living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also space to store bikes in a locked outbuilding, though this is at guests’ own risk.
