Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kingston upon Hull

My colleagues have stayed at this property before. Little difficult to find, it would be ideal for a What3Words to be issued with the check in details. But they enjoyed their stay again, and would stay again should we be in the area. Communication from host was good.

Laura is a lovely caring host,it's difficult to put in words, I was made to feel at home . Her house is lovely and it's situated in a picturesque location.

Great stay, Judith is a very welcoming host. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Absolutely recommended and will stay again.

Really lovely stay, Lucy is very kind & stylish and her home is great. You get a large section of the garden & a separate house built next to her home which is left very private. They have a pool, outdoor sheltered jacuzzi and whole garden area with outdoor fire and two BBQs which are completely at your disposal and private to use. The facilities of the private part of the house are really nice, and it’s very clean everywhere. Half of me doesn’t want to write a review so no one else finds this hidden gem. Joking aside, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this Airbnb again. My girlfriend & I have high standards and for the price this was truly exceptional.

Lovely place to stay for few nights. Simon was very responsive with clear instructions. Checked in late night and found all keys and everything was as described. Spacious room and lovely neighbours

I've occasionally stayed at Airbnbs that provided breakfast, but this is the first one that provided a lovely home-cooked vegetarian (usually) dinner every night as well. The best part is that we all ate dinner together and conversed for about an hour or so about everything ranging from politics to sports. Now, I understand that may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I just loved it. Solo traveling gets lonely sometimes. The bedroom was bright (by Hull standards :) ) and warm. The bed has a foam mattress and clean sheets each week. There was a desk, plenty of outlets, and a couch. Wifi is decent. There's an extra toilet downstairs, which helps with the occasional traffic jam in the upstairs bathroom, which all residents share. Shower water is plentiful and hot with occasional irregularities due to dishes or laundry, I assume. Guests can use the washing machine (which was replaced during my visit). 15 minute walk to grocery stores, 5 minute walk to bus stop, 30 minute bus to Hull.

Me, my husband, our 1 year old son and our dog have had an amazing experience staying at Sharon's Seaside Garden Apartment for 2 nights! The house was very cosy, clean and gave that 'holiday' feel particularly thanks to the nice and bright 'sun' room at the back overlooking the garden. We've brought disposable barbeques with us and enjoyed dinners outside! The house is fully equipped and has got everything you may need. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs around. And the beach is about 5 minutes walk. Sharon was so kind to leave us a picnic blanket and humper and gave us some advice of where to go with a toddler and a dog. The boating lake behind the Leisure centre is only about 15 minutes walk. And you can enjoy toddlers paddling pool, playground and a sandpit there. Even though Sharon was on holiday, communication with her was always good and fast! Would definitely recommend Sharon's house to anyone!

A pleasant, comfortable room with next door bathroom just 3-7 minutes’ walk from several great pubs with good varíety in their menús. Also 10 to 15 minutes from great attractions like The Deep, old town Hull, and the Ferens are collection. Louise is a superb host; very welcoming and full of recommendations. A great visit!

A well appointed flat, beautifully presented and in a fantastic location for exploring the city of Hull. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay but with everything you need (including lovely fresh bread!) on your doorstep. Abbie was a great host, always quick to respond, and we had a perfect stay.

Lovely place, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need and lot's of extras too. Very comfortable and friendly helpful hosts.

I have enjoyed my stay at Jo's place a great deal. The place is beautiful, peaceful and well-kept. There is a nice kitchen if you want to cook during your stay. I've mostly interacted with Will during my stay, and it was a real pleasure to have his company. Overall I highly recommend both the place and hosts.

My boyfriend and I felt so welcome in Richard's home! We loved staying here and I will miss their beautiful dog Beau🐶 The room is large and the bed is HUGE and very comfortable! The bath is also very comfy and now on my house vision board. It was very easy to get into York via bus and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Thank you both for a lovely stay ❤️

Malcolm is a very kind and friendly host. He goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Very helpful in all aspects. Comfortable room with good storage, a fridge, tea and coffee making and nice bathroom, freshly cooked breakfast. Convenient parking space. Would recommend this Airbnb.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at Sawcliffe! We started off our trip by visiting the doggy spa with our dog and every detail was thought about. We loved the spa as it’s not something you can ever do with your dog, loved the thought! Emily was so helpful and provided us with help if we asked and fab recommendations. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to see the Ponies. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. 1000% would recommend and would love to come back. Silke and Kevin were very friendly and happy/ eager to help, and made our Golden Retriever Alfie feel very welcome as well. Beautiful, peaceful view sitting on the settee in the bedroom. Warm and comfortable, lovely bath.

We had 3 very pleasant nights. We arrived very jet lagged and appreciated the most comfortable bed to help us recover. The bird life in the garden was delightful and we also enjoyed walking in the nearby forest. All in all a great place to stay, highly recommend

Had such a wonderful stay, and I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Maria is very friendly and takes care of all of her guests in a friendly manner. Btw, She also makes an incredible omelette! The place is quiet and neat and the surroundings are peaceful; and just a walk from the local dinner/bar and the yoga studio Wellnest and a 5 min drive to cute Howden. Thanks again :)
