This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

One bedroom recently renovated mid terrace property that is in a quiet residential area with full WiFi and TV. The property boasts a fully functioning kitchen with everything you would need, no need for takeaways! The bathroom has a lovely freestanding bath and a separate shower with standard toiletries Close to local amenities, a pay as you go gym and swimming baths, funky bars and cafes, 20-minute walk to the university, regular public transport links into the city centre and hospital.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre
A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.
