We had a fantastic stay! Nobu was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host — always quick to respond and willing to help with anything. When we weren’t sure where my girlfriend’s brother was after arriving in town, Nobu kindly called the hotel to help us find him. He even left us a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay and reimbursed us some yen due to a previous guest’s accident, which showed great care and honesty. The apartment was spotless, neatly organized, and comforting — peaceful and quiet, away from the busy crowds. It had everything we needed: a full kitchen, utensils, washer/dryer, and super easy check-in. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the train station. Getting to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other areas in Tokyo was quick and easy. There were lots of places to eat nearby, and a 7-Eleven just down the alley. Highly recommend this stay over a hotel!

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

A lovely Airbnb in a quiet neighborhood! Great to see more of a slice of life of Tokyo rather than the hustle and bustle. Lots of families and kids in the area, lively but not crowded. A bit of a distance from the main tourist attractions, but still very accessible via transit.

This time, 18 of us used it on a weekday.It was more spacious than I had imagined, and the facility was as beautiful as the photos.I enjoyed the BBQ area, karaoke, footbath, darts, sauna and facilities.Everyone who participated was very happy.The post office was also very kind, and I would definitely like to use it again.Thank you very much.

I used it with a total of 6 people, including a friend's family who is returning to Europe this summer.It was my first time in an old Japanese house, and I was impressed from the moment I entered.I also used the BBQ, and it had all the tools, and the taste of the meat grilled over charcoal was exceptional.Unfortunately, the weather was not good, but it was close to Katsuura and other scenic spots, and it was a memorable and lovely trip.

place is clean, the children enjoyed the yard. host provided clear instructions for checkin and provided local recommendations.

my husband and i ended our off our trip to japan here and loved it so much! the house is so cute and cozy and very welcoming. the space has a plethora of amazing amenities: sauna, bikes, yoga mats, great wifi! the location is so perfect if you’re looking to spend a more peaceful time in japan, the ocean is a 4 minute walk and a 2 minute bike ride away which is so wonderful :-) i will say that you should be prepared to walk a bit or bike a bit if you want to make it around to visit shops and restaurants but it’s definitely worth it! we loved our bikes (clearly) we also had the pleasure of meeting our host, hayashi, who was absolutely wonderful and so kind! she offers lunch by the ocean at an additional cost and my husband and i loved it! we’re vegetarian and she was very accommodating with our diet, everything was yummy(^-^)! such a great spot. thank you hayashi♥️♥️

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Kyoko and her husband were both really kind, friendly and helpful! They really went out of their way to ensure we had a plesent stay. They were so kind to pick us up and drop us off where ever we wanted to go. We enjoyed our stay so much and will certainly stay again! Thanks so much again for everything! Awesome stunning place. Only concern was the road to the house - very narrow. Trying to go with a family van (Nissan Serena) and was quite scary. But other than that, it was great :)

the location was very good, close to stations and convenience stores. The building had no elevator though.

Fantastic place and so close to the train station which we could use the Tokyo Metro Pass with! Lockers are available for luggage storage should guests arrive before check in time!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Comfortable clean apartment in a very charming neighbourhood. Lots of vintage clothing shops and restaurants around Family friendly vibes. A short subway ride to the busy areas (station is nearby). The place is small quarters like most apartments in Tokyo. Would love to stay again!

Great cosy place, the host was responsive and the place was clean! Lots to do in a walkable range, train station is about 7min walk and 7/11 and grocery store are a 1 min walk!

The place had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and nice. The only downside was that the place was too small for the luggages to be opened.

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

The place was near the beach and good to walk from the trainstation
