We had the most relaxing time at Janie’s beautiful Airbnb. It so so homely, comfortable and had everything we needed to have a wonderful minibreak. The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved playing scrabble on the comfy sofa and watching a film in the evening after walking on the nearby SW Coastpath. The bed is super comfy and the shower was great too! Would love to return sometime!

Just had an absolutely fabulous 5 nights at Rollestone Barn with 2 of our doggies . The Barn is light and spacious and extremely clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the bedroom has a really comfy bed . The fully enclosed garden was fabulous for our dogs and a lovely peaceful place for sitting out in lovely surroundings. Noel and Sarah were very responsive hosts and all the information about the Barn and local attractions was much appreciated. They also left us lovely extras for the humans and doggies ! We will definitely be back to Rollestone Barn to further explore this lovely area - it really was a perfect place to stay !

Fantastic barn in a peaceful location, close to the South West Coastal Path. We used it as a base to split the tough Hartland to Bude stretch of the coastal path. The barn is well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely little base to come back to in the evening. Good location for exploring Devon. Tucked away so you don't feel overlooked. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Enjoyed watching the birds & dragonflies in the garden. Nice people. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.

We had a brilliant stay at this Airbnb! The property was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. It’s tucked away in a peaceful location, perfect if you’re looking to switch off and enjoy some quiet time. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’d definitely come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm sea side escape!

Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Matt's place is super clean, welcoming and warm. Parking outside was easy. There was usually always a space directly outside, and we just moved it into the paid area (directly across the street). There were absolutely no questions and Matt was the perfect host. Very flexible, kind and understanding. Recommended to anyone, especially parents.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here, and it was everything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, light, comfortable, well equipped, and has a wonderful view of Portreath Beach. Katherine was very helpful and responded very quickly to messages. We would stay again.

My husband, 10-year-old daughter and myself have just returned from a truly amazing week, the property is beautiful, with facilities that far exceeded expectations. We had such a relaxing time; the beds are super comfy; led in bed looking out to sea with a coffee in the morning was a true highlight. The gardens are beautifully kept and being gated and private we had no worries with our daughter playing out. The walk down to Watcombe Beach, albeit steep on the way back up but 100% worth it; we took our paddleboard down and went swimming on a number of occasions, the water is very calm, on 2 occasions we were in the water and within 20ft off us were 2 seals! The hot tub was perfect, lovely fluffy robes provided to keep off the chill. We used the BBQ each evening and ate out on the patio. Susan is an incredible host, nothing is too much trouble, very informative and exceedingly helpful, she really did enhance our stay and made us feel as if we were staying in a home from home.

A really lovely place to stay. It is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the welcome pack was a really nice touch. It is walkable into Bude where there is loads to do, plenty of restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

My partner and I wanted to spend a weekend on the coast and this was the perfect place for it! A beautiful home right by the beach. Helen was a wonderful host and I would absolutely recommend it!

We had a really lovely stay. A real home from home. The flat has everything you could need for your stay lots of little touches you wouldn’t normally get. Quiet and tucked away but so close to the beach and town. Highly recommended .

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in North Devon, attending the wedding of some friends. The apartment had all we needed and was nicely decorated. It has incredible views from the window, and it’s situated within walking distance to local amenities, and easy driving distance to Bideford, Appledore, Westward Ho! and other local places. Lindsay was very accommodating and made things really easy for us, with great communication, clear instructions and quick responses. Would certainly stay here again!

Topside was ideally placed for access into Bude town. It was down hill to the beach in Bude. Lovely scenic walks over cliffs and beautiful bays. Be prepared in bad weather; some shops, eating places; close earlier and some restrictions if you have a dog. Loved the cafe in Bude museum for cream tea with a view. Thank you Vikki you thought of everything and were very welcoming. Bathrooms morden and clean with fluffy towels.

Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The apartment, although small in size, has been extremely cleverly designed to make the best of its available space and offer guests a very comfortable home-from-home stay. It has two good-sized rooms and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (and the best views of the house!). A tidy kitchen, dining area, and wc, and a shower room (with a very good shower)… basically everything one needs! The coastal path, and Crooklets beach are both right at its doorstep, within a beautiful town with character and all the amenities one may need (shops, post office, etc…). However, probably the best of this apartment is its host -Sarah. Sarah has great attention to detail, has everything readily and easily available, and offers amazing, friendly but professional communication. She’s always happy to help with any queries and makes one feel extremely welcome. Overall, this is a truly amazing apartment boasting with great energy, in a truly magical area… exactly what mind, body, and souls need!

We were lucky enough to spend seven days in Beth's beautiful apartment. Now we say goodbye with a smile and a tear in our eye. The tear in our eye says "time to say goodbye," even though we don't want to leave just yet. The smile in our eye expresses our enthusiasm for our stay. We received a warm welcome; we lacked nothing. Beth has thought of everything. The apartment is a dream. And so is the view from the terrace. You could spend hours there, unwinding and watching the hustle and bustle on the beach. If you don't know Perranporth, you should definitely visit this little town. But even if you want to come back again, you should let this accommodation convince you. We had a lovely stay at Beckys, the place is very cosy, has everything you could possibly need which is amazing especially when on a little stay and not able to bring everything yourself. The added extras of the milk and cookies was great and really appreciated. Also really comprehensive instructions for everything in the property and amazing guide to eating out etc, made picking somewhere much easier with our dog in tow. Would definitely stay again and would really recommend. Thanks!

We had a great time at Christopher’s apartment. It was spacious and clean in a great location with a sea view and close to the town centre. 10/10 would recommend.

A beautiful apartment with amazing views. Very close to the university which was the purpose of our visit. Our host was very friendly and was excellent at communicating with us. We would 100% stay at this property again.
