Built in 1894, by the Lakes family, it has a romantic, rustic and nostalgic feel. If you are a history buff, interested in Appalachian culture, or just want a charming, outdoorsy and secluded getaway, this cabin is for you. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

The closest neighbors are 3 friendly donkeys that love to greet guests at the fence for attention and ear rubs. Fishing poles and donkey treats are provided to round out your stay. We're 20 scenic minutes to Slade or Stanton and 25 to Mount Sterling.
