Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

When you first arrive, you will find the entrance on a large, covered patio. There is a gas grill there for your use. We also have a fire pit, so bring wood. Feel free to take a walk down to the river at the bottom of our property. There you will find a park like setting where you can relax and listen to nature if you like. This newly freshened, mid-century home is located in the city limits of Manchester, KY, a Trail Town. It sits just a few hundred feet from the Salt Works Village and boat ramp to Goose Creek. It is a short walk or drive to one of our many swinging bridges, the Clay County Historical Society, and a number of restaurants, stores, and churches. A five minute drive can have you to the Federal Correctional Institute, AdventHealth Manchester Hospital, or Beech Creek Campground and Lake.

Williamsburg Poolside Homestead

Private guest house with incredible outdoor resort feel, nature, and simple homestead life. 3 miles to University of the Cumberlands. 20 min to Cumberland Falls, home of the world's only Moonbow. *NO smoking of any kind (e-cig included) permitted anywhere on the property or the entire neighborhood. Guests violating our smoking policy are subject to a minimum $400 fee for returning the house or property to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy.

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

The Coop

This 2 bedroom house is a renovated old farmhouse located on the site of a small vegetable farm and native plant nursery. The back deck overlooks the woods, where you can watch the wild birds and keep an eye on the free range chickens. This is a quiet spot for a retreat, but also 25 minutes from downtown Louisville.
