Condo vacation rentals in Kawasaki

We are very happy to have stayed in the department of Akiko! Not only were his instructions clear, the house was shiny but he also gave us several recommendations. It's the perfect apartment and very quiet after a day of a lot of walking to get around the city. We definitely want to go back!

More than exceeded my expectations. Host Lisa is friendly and kind, and respond quickly. Bathroom, sheets, floor, etc were all very clean. The washing machine is small, but it is free! And works well. GREAT air conditioning. Blackout curtains. Beds are more spacious than they appear in the photo. Home overall is best for 1-3 people, as it is smaller, but works very nicely for a trip to the city. We had three people and while it was a little tight, it worked great. It’s awesome to have a balcony to sit on. There is a bit of construction happening at this time starting around 8:30AM that you can hear from the apartment but it is no fault of the host. Overall, an amazing stay. Would stay here again, especially for the price. Much (!!) better than hotels with similar prices in the area. Lisa, thanks for a great stay in Tokyo from America! 🇺🇸🇯🇵

Wonderful place though very small even by Japan standards. Still highly recommended, just no real chill areas / couches, only beds. Bonus - very clean, professionally kept, & very good value. Host was amazing and responsive and the area is safe, very walkable and close to a very cute main strip with loads of shops and culture - but just outside the main busy Shinjuku central area - so it felt more local, vs touristy which was a nice experience. Walkable to central Shinjuku through fun side streets, and walkable to subway lines. Overall a wonderful place - first time in Japan with two kids and it was easy and enjoyable staying here!

This is an modern apartment with great facilities. Including WiFi, air-conditioning, kitchenette, fridge, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, washlet toilet and ability to dry your clothes in the bathroom. The apartment is spotless and all basic products such as toothbrushes, laundry soap, shampoo and body wash is provided. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and a twin in the other. The apartment is a good size for a Tokyo apartment and would suit up to four guests. The location is in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes from the Oshiage Skytree station. The host is extremely reponsive and let me know when the cleaning was complete so that I could check in earlier. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location. Easy to get around! The size of the house able to fit 3 adults and 1 kid. We had 3 medium luggages and 2 handcarry. No issue when packing or opening up. Will definitely book here again if I am back to Tokyo!

Beihoa's place was fantastic. The location is close to the Yamanote line, but not so close that it is noisy or crowded. There are lots of places to eat, grocery stores and 7-11s(3) in the neighborhood. We also found a Don Quiote near by...which we went to at 2 am thanks to jet lag. Beihao was very quick to respond and offered suggestions if we needed help. The Yamanote line is very easy to navigate and I strongly suggest a Pasmo or Suica card. The condo is located very close to Shinjuku and Shibuya...super fun places to visit. The condo is clean, full of light and big by Japanese standards. I would definitely return here!! Thank you Beihoa for helping to make our visit amazing!!! My son and I fell in love with Japan!❤️

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Very nice stay with all the facilities and big beds and very clean and clean.Great location, about 300 meters from the station, there are convenience stores next to 50 meters, it is convenient😊👍

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to almost all lawson or 7-11 stores which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. The host was kind, respectful, and an overall wonderful person, would recommend to any one who want stay at his apartment. Looking forward to staying here again...

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.

We had a really great time at Haneko’s place! The location felt special and showed us a different side of Tokyo. We’d definitely recommend it, just be aware it’s very tight for two and space is limited. Thank you for hosting us ❤️

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

This Airbnb was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The sheets and pillow cases were brand new and you can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into making every part of the house spotless and aesthetically pleasing. It also had everything you need including office supplies, a kettle, first aid, a rice cooker, and toiletries. The AC in both bedrooms were powerful and great after a long hot day. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. My group of 4 stayed here for one whole week, and we definitely would recommend this place to others visiting Japan for the first time. :)

Family of 3 (with a 2 year old). Couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay. Two large supermarkets with fresh food literally across the road, lots of options for a quick local meal. Short journey (15-30min) by express railway with minimal transfers to shibuya, shinjuku, daikanyama, nakameguro, aoyama etc. (but conversely further to get to the other side of Tokyo). Railway station is 5 min walk away, easily accessible for strollers etc. The house is lovely. Spacious (more than photos show), with balcony and rooftop for private open areas. Full amenities provided. Kitchen, aircon/heating. As mentioned in other reviews, given its proximity to the station/shopping centre, there is street noise into the night/early morning - but earplugs are provided! Cot provided was great for our toddler, and bathtub easy to run for washes. Small space at bottom of stairs to store your stroller overnight (behind private locked gate). recommend this place for the reasons above!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.

The location is very convenient, you can take the JR line within 5 minutes.There are a lot of high-rated food nearby, but unfortunately, you can't enter those restaurants with a 2-year-old.In addition, they specially prepared children's tableware and children's chairs for my children, which are very high quality. In addition, there are management staff on the 2nd floor, and any questions about the facilities can be resolved immediately. Very happy stay.
