In 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en omgebouwd tot luxe vakantiewoning voor 10 personen waaronder 2 kinderen. Ons sfeervolle huisje is 50 vierkante meter ( totale oppervlakte . Openslaande deuren naar de afgesloten tuin op het zuiden 5x7 L-vormige kamer met open keuken ( kitchenette) Aanwezig: Koelkast met vriesvak. Afwasmachine. waterkoker. Oven. Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Walking distance from beach, Super clean & and me as a host that cares! All beds are made, and great towels! It has a huge sunny, fenced garden with complete privacy. The location from the sea is only 1500 m Generally ideal for families and nature/bicycle lovers Duplo and toys in the house. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with boxspring beds I emphasise in having super good & clean beds and cotton blankets Dogs super welcome, but please request first. NO dogs upstairs.

This nicely decorated appartment is situated in the souterain of my house. The location is perfect, only a 2 minute walk from the boulevard dunes sea and beachclubs. Everything you need you will find in the appartment. It also has a nice terrace for having a drink in the sun especially at the end of the day. Because it is situated under my house it might be possible that sometimes you hear some noises from me, your neighbour from upstairs;) You are very welcome !!

Only for families - no smoking Come and enjoy the beach, the dunes and the fresh air. Honden zijn in de winterperiode toegestaan. Mits u een mand of kleed mee brengt waar de hond op slaapt. De hond mag niet op de bank of het bed. The appartement (65 m3) is located in our souterrain, directie on a nice small garden/terrace. Ideal for family weekends and holidays. From the apartment you walk in a few minutes to the beach (max 450 m).

In het huisje is het toegestaan 1 huisdier mee te nemen. Wilt u er meer meenemen, neem dan even contact met ons op. Het huisje is niet echt geschikt voor de grote hondenrassen zoals een Berner Sennenhond, Deense/Duitse dog, Bloedhond, etc.
