2 Floor Apartment with Large kitchen Nieuw-Vennep

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Walking distance from beach. Super clean & and me as a host that cares! Fantastic beds and prepared, and great towels. It has a big sunny, fenced garden with complete privacy. The location from the sea is only 1500 m Generally ideal for families and nature/bicycle lovers Duplo and toys in the house. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with box- beds I emphasise in having super good & clean beds and cotton blankets Dogs super welcome, but please request first. NO dogs upstairs.

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters (total area). French doors to the enclosed south-facing garden 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen (kitchenette) Available: Fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Air fryer. 2-burner induction cooker. Nespresso coffee machine. Nice beds and pleasant (rain) shower Sink with storage drawers. PLEASE NOTE! The upper floor/sleeping area has no stair gate and we recommend not letting small children stay here.

Located in the Hoeksche Waard, about 25 minutes from major cities and 40 minutes from the North Sea. Walking and cycling routes start from the property. This unique accommodation has a style all its own and is centrally located in the Westland. Naaldwijk is a cozy village with plenty of opportunities to eat or shop. The beach is a 15-minute drive away. Besides being a very nice, quiet place where you can retreat, there is also a space to organize lectures/workshops/ceremonies. Where the B&B can be used for the participants to stay overnight.
