Nieuwe studio, geheel van u! Dichtbij soldaat van oranje. De winkels en restaurant vind u om de hoek en fietsenwinkel voor het huren van fietsen vind u bij ons in de straat. Het strand is maar 5 min met de auto van u vandaan. De studio beschikt over een keuken, douche, toilet en een 2 persoons boxspring. Knus maar fijn! Voor de garage is een klein zitje waar u buiten kunt zitten. De studio is helaas niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. De studio bevind zich boven onze garage.

VREUGD AAN ZEE is a completely new, stylish and fully furnished guest house. Located in a quiet street behind our own house with private entrance and separate patio. Your accommodation is within walking distance (500m) of beach dunes and center of Katwijk. On the ground floor there is a living room with interactive TV, and free WiFi. Bathroom with shower toilet and sink and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor with spacious bedroom with 2-person bed 180/200m and spacious walk-in closet.

Our accommodation is stylishly furnished and feels like a real holiday home. The beach-boho atmosphere immediately gives you a feeling of sun, sea and laid back living. It is accessible through the back area of ​​our house, which ensures a safe feeling. Close to beach (200m) with lounger rental and surf school, sea and dunes. The center is within walking distance (500m) and the supermarket is just around the corner. Centrally located near major cities and easy to reach by public transport.

Ons zomerhuis is volledig gerenoveerd tot een oase van comfort en stijl, met alles nieuw van vloeren tot dak. Momenteel zijn we in de afrondende fase van de renovatie, waarin de laatste verfijnde details worden toegevoegd. De foto's geven alvast een voorproefje, eind maart zal alles volledig zijn ingericht en klaar voor gebruik. Sun & Joy

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and completely newly furnished in 2025 . The B&B is ideal for young families with a baby 👶 up to 1 year , camping cot and high chair are available. The cozy center of katwijk is within walking distance where you will find great shops and restaurants. In 5 minutes you are at the dunes where you can enjoy hiking and cycling and in 5 minutes you can also walk on the beach to get a breath of fresh air or swim or sunbathe.

Our summer house

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A nice day at the beach or a walk through the dunes. But shopping in the center of Katwijk is also an option. Both the beach, the dunes and the city center are all within walking distance of our summer house. You can park briefly at our summer house to load and unload luggage. In the area there are still possibilities for free parking and there are paid parking garages within walking distance.

Welkom in onze recent (juli 2025) verbouwde Studio met een prachtige nieuwe Hotel Chique badkamer! Studio Drees; de perfecte combinatie van luxe en privacy. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec.

This Huisje aan Zee was completely newly built in 2018 and equipped with underfloor heating and perfectly insulated. So you can stay here in the summer but also certainly in the winter. It has its own entrance and a small place where you can sit outside. The cottage is right behind the boulevard, so you are around the corner from the beach, the sea and the dunes! The center of Katwijk is a 500-meter walk.

This beautiful summer house is located in the characteristic old south of Katwijk by the sea and within walking distance of the dunes, beach, the center of Katwijk, the bus stop (including The Hague, Leiden) and a few minutes drive to Soldaat van Oranje A lovely place to be able to enjoy everything Katwijk and the surrounding area has to offer. Parking for free in the vicinity.
