Your own beach house, close to the sea. In the morning, you wake up while the sun smiles at you from behind the curtains. While the Nespresso machine makes your coffee, you open the French doors to the backyard. You hear the seagulls and decide to walk straight to the beach. With your beach towel under your arm, you can grab a sandwich from the bakery around the corner on the way. After less than a 10-minute walk, you plop down on the beach. The rustling sea, your feet in the soft sand... This is vacation.

Free parking in the parking lot under the dunes on the boulevard. Rent bicycles around the corner at the bicycle repair shop next to the lighthouse. Welcome to Katwijk aan zee!

Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. On the groundfloor bathroom with toilet and 1 bedroom with a double bed (1,40 x 2 m). On the first floor the living room with a kitchen (fully equipped). You can reach the first floor by stairs (steep stairs, unsuitable for people with walking difficulties).

Lovely (corner)house (Skuytegat) at the boulevard. Dunes and beach are <100 meters away. The city center is 300 meters by foot. From the living room and the terrace you can see the boulevard, the dunes and the sea. There is always something to see: a cozy, lively location yet quiet! There is a lovely sheltered, sunny garden. The luxurious, stylishly furnished detached villa can be booked in its entirety. Our two cats (Pip and Jip) also live in the house, so other pets are not allowed. Nearby you will find the beach, dunes and Keukenhof. Nearby Schiphol, Leiden, The Hague and Amsterdam.
