Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kaštel Stari

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! We were a group of six adults and one toddler, and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and unwind. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a fantastic pool and hot tub. Josip, the host, was exceptional. Very friendly, informative, and always easy to reach. He updated us on public holidays and even arranged airport taxis that took us grocery shopping on the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this villa!

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

We came to stay at Franos place for a week as we were getting married nearby. He was a great host and made the week great for us! Would recommend staying here :)

Great apartment and beautiful private olive tree garden giving plenty of shade around the pool and jacuzzi. Nice big table on the veranda to sit for lunch/dinner out of the sun. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and bakery, then another few minutes further to get down to the sea. Small beaches but places to get drinks, ice cream and a few restaurants on the way. We only discover Kaštel Stari & Kaštel Novi on our last evening, but they are definitely worth a visit for an evening stroll with more atmosphere and lots of restaurants along the seafront. It’s just 7€ in an Uber to get there if too far to walk. We found Ubers were best way of getting about if you don’t have a car, but there’s also a bus stop at end of the road & train station in other direction. We had a lovely holiday & Croatia is stunning! Definitely visit Trogir (mini version of Split) and other islands

Where do I start, Tonka’s home was amazing from start to finish. Her communication was fabulous & helpful, the home had all the amenities, down to towels, cooking oil etc which is so helpful when you’re staying for a week plus! The beds were comfy spacious & the A/C worked amazingly, also the pool/hot tub we absolutely loved & spent all our time there, it was clean & had the pool cleaner come which we appreciated. The outdoor section was everything & more & a great location not too far from Split. Tonka is an amazing host who is kind, responsive & super helpful, we appreciated her kindness & the beautiful charcuterie board that was left for us when we arrived. Honestly everything was perfect & we have no complaints, quality time spent in a beautiful home, we will definitely be returning as we all loved it. We can’t thank Tonka enough!

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Our family spent eight days here with three boys between 15 and 20, and we all loved this place. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the pool was a big hit, the unexpected pull up bar was used a lot, and the large patio was a blessing during the hot days, especially with the outdoor kitchen with Croatian barbeque. Airconditioning in all bedrooms. Also, having three separate bathrooms with showers and toilets was very welcome. A car is highly recommended due to the location of the house, hidden in the hills north of the airport. It's located about 10 minutes drive from the car rental at Split airport, and on the way to the house you pass a reasonably big supermarket for your groceries. Trogir is a nice small town to visit, and only a 15 minute drive away.

We were a family of 10 people who had a great stay at the house. Everything was up to expectations and the host was really turned on and accommodating. In mid-May there were very little people and activities in the area, and all of the kiosks and bars along the beach were closed (except for the shooko and the neighbor). It was a bit too far to walk to the store to shop for goods and a bit far to walk to Omis. Would think there is more activity and possibilities in high season:) Otherwise, great house we had a great time in.

Without any hesitation we will be returning to stay with Mirta! Very responsive, available 24/7 and extremely happy to help! Father was able to taxi us in 8 seater when needed for ease, but we were also 2 mins walk from the main bus route to split, airport and Trogir (only places we visited) The place is the most well equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed in! If you needed a utensil or spices, the kitchen had them! The pool and hot tub were pristine, and we were able to use the pool hoover/Roomba easily so no need to swim in dirty pool or ask host to come and clean (it’s under trees so would have been full after a week!) The fishing village at the end of our road was stunning although we didn’t eat there. Supermarket was 1 minute walk from house, there was a Lidl just 5 mins by bus if you wanted larger store. Bikes were an added bonus that made visiting the town even quicker. Overall we couldn’t have wanted more Thank you Mirta and family!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. Fantastic property and fantastic host, can’t recommend this airbnb enough!! The villa was spotless inside and out and the host was so helpful! He dropped off fresh bread daily and even gave us a lift to the big supermarket a bit further away. Thank you so much for such a memorable hen party!

There was nothing missing in the two apartments. There is even a fully automatic coffee machine in the lower apartment. The facility corresponded exactly to the illustrations. It was all to our complete satisfaction! Glad to come back.

Ivan was the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The place is amazing and Ivan made the trip even better, it’s great value for money and would recommend to anyone looking for a villa retreat with friends / family :)

Beautiful place in a wonderful location! They are some of the most responsive, helpful hosts I’ve ever had and were lovely and helpful the entire time. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone who’d like a peaceful, amazing place to stay in the Split area.

This outstanding house is a dream getaway! It has absolutely everything you need, and is in a great location - walking distance from the beach, marina, restaurants, bars and a shop for daily bits and bobs, then a cheap Uber into Split for everything else! It felt super luxurious to have the cinema room, games room, spa and gym, plus great outdoor space with plenty seating/sunbathing options - we also loved cooking outside. The patio is a sun trap protected from the wind which was ideal for sunbathing. The hosts were great, great communication even when I made a mistake with the booking. We were greeted with nibbles and juices which was an extra treat, and the nearby host came straight away when we had an issue with the WiFi which got resolved immediately. Couldn't recommend enough!
