Vacation rentals with beach access in Kaštel Stari

Melita's place was in a quiet & safe town very close to the Split airport. She was a kind and gracious host - very responsive. Melita also provided some local recommendations which I appreciated.

Adele was a lovely genuine host. The accommodation was very well equipped. Sea right outside the door...many restaurants nearby ranging from Mala Mora to Fast food ...which we had the most amazing burger ! Parking was an absolute bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you Adele.

We spent a week in the apartment and had a lovely time. It was very clean, well equipped and easy to reach from the airport by bus. We got along well without a car - supermarkets, bakery and the restaurant were within walking distance. In May, there wasn't much going on in the village and it was quite quiet. Due to the nearby airport, planes flew by from time to time. The small beach sections, just a few meters away, are very nice. Velimir was always easily accessible and showed us the apartment.

The apartment offered by Daniela is true to the photos, very clean with all the amenities and essentials available. Daniela gave us an excellent welcome by offering us a plate of cold cuts & cheese + drinks in the fridge!! We had a great time, the sea and shops are nearby (15 min walk) and the apartment is well located for visiting Trogir, Split and Co.!! Don't hesitate to book!

Matea and her parents were communicative and kind. The space is gorgeous and the balcony spacious. The apartment is close to the water, where you'll also find a number of restaurants. The view is gorgeous. If you're looking to visit Split, it may be a bit far, but from the airport it's only a short bus ride. Matea and her parents also speak Dutch, which may be convenient for the Dutch-speakers among us.

The location of the apartment is very convenient for the airport only 10 minutes away which was brilliant for an early flight. The apartment was very modern and clean exactly as the photos showed. The small town is very pretty and we walked the promenade and ate at an amazing restaurant. I would highly recommend this property

We had a very pleasant stay at Ivana's place. A charming stone house in a peaceful location to easily access the beach, harbour and lots of great restaurants. The place was sparkling clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Ivana was a fantastic host, she proactively reached out to me regarding our stay and everything I needed to know. Extra thanks to her for a bottle of wine and some treats. Would definitely stay again.

Davorka was an excellent host and responded very quickly and efficiently to us. She spent time with us explaining local transport and shared great advice on what to do and see. The place was spotless and well resourced. We loved the balcony with nice furniture outside and in. The washing machine was a good bonus. We arrived to delocious goodies and drinks in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. Parking was good and the view over the bay to the front and hills at the back was a bonus. We would recommend to others.

As described. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Contains everything you need. Friendly hosts, wine and cookies as gifts.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

This is a lovely villa in a quiet location, we stayed here with our two children at the end of May and had a wonderful time with plenty of things to do with the pool, mini-golf on the roof and table tennis, we were never bored. Ivana was a great host and met us at the villa to show us around and make us feel at home. The villa is exactly as advertised and is at the end of a quiet road, you can walk down to the marina/harbour area of Kastel Stari in about 25 mins where there are many restaurants and there are several supermarkets in walking distance from the villa. Overall I would highly recommend staying here, we had a great time!

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. Best Airbnb experience from the accommodation itself to the host who made it even better. It is obvious he cares for each guest. He messaged us from time to time to make sure we had everything and were ok. What stood out to us was his generosity to take the time and effort to help us on the first night when we arrived really late and no restaurants were open. What is incredibly helpful are the lists of recommendations he sends including transport information that saved us a lot of time and confusion. The studio is filled with everything you need with amazing quality furniture and amenities. No one will be disappointed with Mate and his accommodation. He is welcoming, friendly, caring, and proactive. Would go back there without hesitation :)

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Tomislav was an amazing host who kindly allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived sooner than expected. He was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. He and his wife shared a wealth of recommendations for things to do, which was incredibly helpful as it was our first time in Croatia. They were always quick to respond to any questions and consistently offered their help. The property is beautiful and located in a lovely town just outside the center of Split. It’s ideally situated, with Split only about 20 minutes away and Trogir around 15 minutes, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore different areas. What made our stay truly unforgettable was how they helped me arrange and surprise my partner with a birthday cake. Their thoughtfulness made the celebration really special, and I am so grateful for their kindness. I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel to enjoy a more authentic experience of Split and the surrounding areas. You will not regret it.
