Villa vacation rentals in Kaštel Stari

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. Villa Olive was perfect for my 5 friends and I. We could easily get Uber's into split or to the beach. The villa was beautiful and had so many different amenities. We could easily cook full meals and we even had a BBQ over a wood fire (they had all the great BBQ tongs etc). We had a lovely time by the pool and it pretty much has sun all day! The TV worked well and we even watched Eurovision whilst we were out there.

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

The house was beautiful and spacious with a nice pool in the garden.The host explained us everything and even brought us an homemade tiramisu on our second to final day! Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend everyone who's looking to visit Split or the region to keep this Villa in mind! Couldn’t ask for better hosts, the most hospitable and lovely people.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

The villa is stunning. Better than the photos. Helena who looked after was there instantly for any questions. We loved it! X

The owner was very kind and helpful, and communication with her was very fluent. We got a lot of good information from her regarding restaurants and activities. She made a big effort helping us prepare our daughter's 9 year birthday party which we are truly grateful. We arrived at Split airport early morning and we agreed with owner that we can drop our luggage to apartment before check-in. The apartment was exactly like in the photos and matched the description. The apartment and the yard was very clean. The pool was warm and there were some toys available. There were fruits, drinks and other groceries ready for us at the apartment when we arrived. Neighborhood was peaceful. Nice beaches and some restaurants within walking distance and more available with bicycle. Also nearest grocery store and bakery were conveniently close by.

We were a party of 12 and found the accommodation to be exactly as described. The host was very welcoming even after our flight was delayed several times he met us late at night at the door to welcome us and help with the luggage and provide a platter of cheese and prosciutto while we chatted about his recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. He also met us at checkout to again assist with luggage. The house had everything we needed. Our group enjoyed sitting outside on the upper patio and the close proximity to old town.

An unbelievable place and really great hosts. They were right on it when reached out to and helped thoroughly with any questions or adjustments needed. 100% recommend.

We absolutely had an amazing time at the villa. Anita and her family was very very sweet they picked us from middle as our uber dropped us , the house was super clean , they also welcomed us with local alcohol they produce. Very very responsive about everything like recommendations and helps. Fully recommend them if you want to enjoy a villa with pool, jacuzzi and BBQ and also want a peaceful time away from hustle bustle.

There was nothing missing in the two apartments. There is even a fully automatic coffee machine in the lower apartment. The facility corresponded exactly to the illustrations. It was all to our complete satisfaction! Glad to come back.

Josip was a great host communicated very well with us. Whenever we had questions he answered quickly. Very friendly guy. The house is beautiful, swimming pool, nice views, great air conditioning, table tennis, darts boards. Can’t complain at all, only thing is you do hear the planes flying in and out but honeslty we didn’t care and it only happens a few times a day. The villa makes up for it! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious villa. Also need to add you are about 30 mins from split but bolt and uber is easily accessible so not bad at all.

This house is astonishing! It is very luxurious, with a TV/Cinema room, a playroom, a jacuzzi and sauna, a gym, a heated outdoor pool, a large outdoor dining are (with a TV!), and a basketball court. There is a TV in each room and, moreover, each room has a bathroom. The pictures that you see on the website really do not tell the whole story. I have stayed in various Airbnb apartments/houses in several countries - this one tops it all! Finally, the hosts are very kind and helpful.

We had a great time staying at this house! The pool is a real joy, perfectly maintained and ideal for refreshing at any time of day. The large terrace offers absolutely beautiful unobstructed views, perfect for outdoor dining or sunset dining. The house is very spacious, bright and impeccably clean, which made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything is designed for travelers' comfort. We recommend eyes closed and will be back with pleasure!

The villa is broken up into separate flats which worked out well for our group of nine. The pool is heated and lovely, several washing machines, plenty of towels. Very spacious. Lovely and lively neighborhood near the sea. We had a grand time!
