There are plenty of options nearby to spend time, whether cycling or hiking in winter and summer. Ski slopes 3 km from the house, Skibus 20 m in front of the house. In summer, a swimming pool, barbecue, playground, trampoline, terrace are available in the garden.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of a small vacation area on the edge of the Giant Mountains National Park with an electric gate and private playground. Shops are within walking distance. Many activities such as skiing (Karpacz 8 km or Sklarska Poreba 22 km), hiking, mountain biking or motorcycling, shopping (Jelenia Gora 9 km), mine, miniature country, Wild West town, toboggan run, palaces, castle ruins.

For rent is a newly built wooden house located in close proximity to Chojnik Castle (about 2 km along the green trail). The house is located on the edge of the beautiful and picturesque village of Zachełmie, above the Chojnik Hotel where there is a Restaurant (about 400m). We are a few steps away from the Olbrzymy bike trail as well as countless forest paths and hiking trails. We are located about halfway between Szklarska Poręba (about 17 km) and Karpacz (about 18 km).

We offer 10 beds in 5 bedrooms and 4 extra beds - sofas. We can prepare a cot with a mattress and bedding for a child. We also accept a maximum of two dogs. The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining room, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.

The house is rented in its entirety, together with a fully furnished garden ( gazebo, barbecue, smokehouse, garden kitchen, bread oven).
