Czego Dusza Pragnie in Zachełmie is a complex of two wooden buildings - a log cabin and a wooden Mini SPA House (2026). This unique place in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains provides a unique microclimate and a comfortable stay surrounded by nature, close to the trails, Chojnik Castle and the Podgórna waterfall. From January 2026, we will be opening a Mini SPA House with a sauna, jacuzzi, kitchenette and attic. The entire space can accommodate up to 14 people and creates a private relaxation zone for exclusive use.

Located in the quiet and picturesque village of Marczyce, in close proximity to the two largest tourist resorts of Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba, and only 5 km from the spa part of Jelenia Góra.

A place to stay and relax for family, friends and pets. We offer a cottage for up to 6 people for whom we have two separate bedrooms upstairs and a sleeping area in the living room. The cottage is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom and a private barbecue and relaxation terrace. The cottage is heated all year round with electric heating or a freestanding fireplace available only in the winter season. We accept dogs for an additional fee of 20 PLN/day. A sauna is available for an additional fee.

The resort has 12 houses for 8 people with an area of 68 m2. Each house includes a living room (folding corner sofa for 2 additional people), three bedrooms (3 double beds and two single beds), a kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet), a separate toilet and a spacious terrace with an area of over 20 m2. There is a lounge with a playroom and a ski room. Breakfast is available on request and delivered to the door for an additional fee. For an additional fee, you can use the garden sauna.

Domek Słonecznik is a stylishly decorated wooden 6-person cottage with a hot tub and sauna, located in the Karkonosze Mountains in the summer resort of Michałowice, located at the foot of Śnieżne Kotły. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs, including one with a continental double bed. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There is a sauna and a hot tub on the premises.

The cottage is located on the Czerwień stream, where there is a large area for exclusive use, which will certainly be appreciated by dogs, who are welcome. There is a place for a bonfire and a hot barrel (hot barrel extra charge). The proximity of forests and hiking trails will allow you to spend a pleasant time on daily walks.

Wellness cottage Labská Ski-in ski-out

Chalet with wellness zone, peace, privacy and beautiful nature of the Krkonoše Mountains. The cottage has a heated stainless steel pool measuring 8 x 4 m. It also has a sauna. It has a unique technology and thus the water is not chlorinated or otherwise chemically treated. At the cottage there is a 450 m long ski slope that allows ski-in ski-out. There are cross-country ski trails near the cottage.
