Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

We invite you to a comfortable, new house located in the picturesque Staniszów, at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains. Our house consists of two independent apartments ("Śnieżka" and "Szrenica"), which can be rented together or separately - it is an ideal place for a family holiday, a getaway with friends and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is located among forests, hiking trails and walking paths, and there are numerous attractions of the Karkonosze Mountains in the area.

Downstairs: a hallway, living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom 1 - two single beds, sitting area, 8.5 sq meters balcony. Bedroom 2 - one double bed, from the bedroom entrance to the room - office or children's bedroom. Attic: 2 single beds, a seating area. The plot area is 1.5 ha.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

Modern House with Sauna in the heart of Krkonoše

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

Apartment FuFu

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

A charming house in the picturesque village of Sosnówka, located in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains. An ideal place for a summer vacation, offering peace, tranquility, and a unique atmosphere. The house is situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The interior is decorated in a cozy, rustic style, providing a comfortable and warm ambiance.
