We had a wonderful stay at this new house! It is really nice and modernly furnished, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is well suited for a relaxing vacation, and we really enjoyed the time there. Absolutely recommended! We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is very tasteful and lovingly furnished. We were able to ski directly in Benecko for boarding. About a half hour drive away is a larger ski resort, Spindlermühle. We were totally snowed in but had everything we needed. The sauna and wood stove with free firewood have provided a lot of coziness. Ondrej has simply thought of everything to give his guests an unforgettable holiday. We fully recommend the place.

The house was clean and well-maintained. A big advantage was the grill and the terrace. There were a few things we would improve, but overall we can recommend a cottage with a clear conscience😊

We drove with a group of 9 people and were looking for a quiet place where we all get in and we won't disturb anyone. This is exactly what happened to us and everything was absolutely perfect. Great located right next to the lift , with a beautiful view and in close proximity there was only tall grass in the hill so we didn't disturb anyone and no one disturbed us either. The place was beautiful and modern, and we especially appreciated the outdoor grill available . We'll be sure to come back because this place was just what my friends and I were looking for. Also, the communication with the host was great and fast, so there was no problem.

We were a group of nine and had a fantastic time at the house. It’s a cozy place with beautiful views, and all the necessary equipment was provided. The skiing area was also nearby, where we spent most of our time.

We were 13 people & had a great weekend. Barbecuing, table tennis & we loved the large property.:)

The place was very nice, spacious, rustic and well suited for our winter vacation. However, it is a short drive to the ski slope and the cross-country trails. In case of a lot of snow, snow chains are definitely recommended, as the access is curvy and steep and there is no real turning option. The many rooms only have small closets, but they are perfectly sufficient, as we mostly stayed in the spacious kitchen. The attic is quite low and more suitable for medium-sized children. The hosts are extremely friendly. Thanks for the wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back.

Very beautiful, clean and modern apartment with a nice view on the terrace. The ski bus stop can be seen from the window (right across the river from the apartment). At night, it's quiet and the river gently buzzes to sleep. The only thing I would say is a driveway that is difficult to maintain and slip in winter, but what else to expect is we are in the mountains. For everyone else, I highly recommend this place.

Malgorzata and her husband are very warm hosts. The duplex apartment is warmly furnished and quietly located. The adjacent garden, which we were able to use privately, is huge and offers all kinds of opportunities to relax and play. The surrounding area is also beautiful. Right from the property, there are great hiking trails.

We had a really great stay at this cottage! The host was incredibly helpful-he explained everything accurately at the beginning and was available when needed. The cottage itself has its own unique atmosphere, which makes staying here even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, perfect for resting. An additional advantage is the great location – close to both slopes or trails. Highly recommended🤌🏽🤌🏽

the appartment is exactly the accomodation I wanted to spend the small holiday in. Everybody cosy in one big bed, clean, not in the middle of a city. skiing is easy to reach. I'll sleep there again if I come back to the region!

Super cozy apartment, perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the fire place after a long hike. Outdoor area with BBQ, lots of space for cooking together, cozy sofa, … Vit gave us some good recommendations for hikes etc. We will come back!

We were in the same place for the second time and in a year we will look forward to a longer stay.

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended

We were very pleased with the apartment, we had everything we needed. Check-in was very easy and flexible thanks to the detailed instructions. A big plus was the direct proximity to the ski lift! Petr responded to questions very quickly and kindly.

Absolutely amazing stay! We all loved it. The place is even better than the pictures—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group. There’s plenty of sleeping room, and the common area is great for relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time. I loved the fireplace. But what truly stands out is the breathtaking view from the back door—it’s simply stunning. The location is unbeatable for hitting the slopes, hiking, or just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. On top of all that, the host was incredibly welcoming and made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

the place is clean, in the center of Pec. A short walk to the cable car and restaurants. Communicative host. Fully equipped kitchen. A place without TV and wifi, which we didn't mind, and it's also listed in the description. We spent a nice week here.
