Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Feel welcome in our 5-star apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 box spring beds, 1 double bed and a baby crib available. The living-dining area has a large flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. Brand new is the hot air fryer. One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. The car can be parked on the premises.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Bright, cozy, modernly furnished 2-room apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed, with a private bathroom and an open kitchen/living room. The bedroom can be reached from the large living and dining room. The parking lot is at the house. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a grocery store with a bakery, a restaurant, the train station, a drugstore and a bicycle rental. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Our child-friendly vacation home with spacious garden is located at Peenstrasse 24. Relax in the garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Erleben Sie einen ruhigen und friedlichen Urlaub auf Usedom im Seebad Karlshagen Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 1,3 km vom feinsten Sandstrand und ca. 1,2 km vom Jacht- und Fischerhafen entfernt am Waldrand in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist eine alte Feuerwache, die von den Vermietern in Eigenarbeit liebevoll renoviert wurde.
