Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired locations quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140 cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.

Haus Charlotte is located directly on the traffic-calmed main road (play street) of Binz. At one end, the main road of Binz closes with the pier, at the other end in extension with Lake Schmacht. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion store and the Küsteneck, filled with typical Rügen souvenirs. Many shops line the main road....

The huge, natural garden with the pond and the wealth of birds is simply a dream. A natural stone wall shields it. The overgrown garden house is an expanded barn. Oasis for decelerators: Far from the usual tourist business, this is a paradise for a break with peace, excellent air quality and a glamorous starry sky. Dogs are welcome.
