Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Unser Fachwerkhaus befindet sich direkt am Zecheriner Hafen. Wir, Martina und Enrico bewohnen das Erdgeschoß. Unter dem Reetdach, mit herrlichem Blick auf den Peenestrom, haben wir 2 gemütliche Ferienwohnungen für unsere Gäste eingerichtet. Vor der Tür erwartet euch ein kleiner hübscher Garten. Nur wenige Schritte weiter, Enrico‘s Hafen. Ursprünglich von Fischern genutzt zieht er heute Angler und Naturliebhaber an. **Von Juni bis Oktober An- und Abreise nur am Sonntag möglich**

Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Haus Ilsenburg

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Waldvilla house "Gustav" holiday home with sauna

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Peenemünde Vacation Rental

The apartment is right next to the Peenemünde harbor on Usedom. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-minute drive away. But also in Peenemünde there is the Peenestrom bathing area on the peninsula. The apartment has a fireplace (wood must be brought) and an infrared cabin. Bed linen is on site. Only towels are not provided. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Boatsman's Romance by the Sea – Nordic Spa, Fireplace, and Boat

Did you know that the boatmen on the Szczecin Lagoon have lived in wooden houses for centuries? We have taken up this tradition. The Bootsmannshaus has a very individual furnishing, which we brought from trips around the Baltic Sea. The private NORDICSPA, consisting of a Finnish sauna and a hot tub, lets you relax wonderfully. Just like in Finland, heat with wood.
