This was our second stay at this apartment ~ it’s a lovely clean, fresh & welcoming place ~ we opted for the parking permit and we were able to park right outside. The apartment is within walking distance into Bath City centre, there are also a couple of lovely places to eat within a short walking distance from the apartment, We would highly recommend the Marlborough Tavern & The Chequers. Karina is a brilliant host very helpful & friendly, we will definitely stay again. 😊

We had a lovely stay at Chelsie’s house in Appledore. We managed to drop all our bags etc off at the door before moving the car to the park. The house was exactly what we required and very close to the bus, restaurants, and seafront. Appledore doesn’t have any large food shops except John’s deli (lovely but expensive) but as we already knew this we had arranged a delivery. The house and garden room with pool table were ideal for the kids to play safely. There was some noise from the pub on the corner at night - especially when they forgot to turn the outside speakers off- but otherwise it was quiet & peaceful. There is a nice park in the town for the children. We ate in two of the local eateries and would recommend both The Yard and the Flame Factory.

Sarah's beautiful annexe is located in a such lovely, peaceful area. Communication before and during our stay was top notch. Sarah was helpful and made us feel welcome. The Airbnb itself was spotlessly clean as was the hot tub, the area was so relaxing and we had everything required for a lovely 3 night getaway. The photos and the description of the place are accurate, if anything the place is bigger and even nicer in person. Directions (What3Words was great), checking in/out and all instructions were extremely clear and straight forward. My partner and I would happily stay here again in the future. Highly recommended! Mark was an extremely communicative host and he even greeted us and made us feel right at home; will definitely be coming down to stay in the boat house again ! The premises and surrounding area is beautiful

Malt Cottage is a wonderful place with great views. We especially liked to watch the ebb & flow over the run of the day. The cottage is well organized, equipped and has very comfortable beds. Upfront information was very helpful and Rebecca was all the time very responsive and helpfull. The village is very nice and we loved the Swan Inn and the friendly community. With perfect sunny weather we had a very enjoyable week.

This is our second stay at Annie's place. It is a fantastic location, easy quick access to the beach but a bit steep on the way back. Annie has everything you could need, from shampo to buckets and spades and the very nice complementary basket was very much appreciated.

We had a fantastic long weekend at horseshoe lodge. Although we were only there for a few nights, Daniel, Laura and Molly were amazing hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They made us feel so welcome in allowing us to explore the farm and visit the animals including inviting our daughters to join in the feeding and collecting of the eggs. They even left some toys in the lodge and put up a little playset outside which was so thoughtful. The lodge itself was spotlessly clean, modern and much bigger than we anticipated. The views are stunning and the lodge is very private and peaceful. We loved waking up to the animals on our doorstep and watching the alpacas from the hot tub. A perfect stay for families with young children or anyone looking for a peaceful escape to the countryside. We hope to return in the future.

What a beautiful place to stay. Access super easy & everything as expected. Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults & 3 children. Holly was quick to reply and sort out a missing item. Lovely to be able to walk out by the pond and surrounding countryside.

Very homely place, had everything required and Adrian even left some lovely breakfast items for us. Very spacious and private, with a lovely pub only 10 mins walk away. Hot tub was nice and it was great hearing all the birds and animals in the quiet countryside. Would recommend for anyone visiting Somerset or in need of a break!

Brilliant spot for exploring the new forest, with plenty of local amenities on the doorstep. Naomi was a wonderful host. The kitchen was well equipped, the flat worked very well and beds were comfy!

Wonderful house centrally located in the beautiful church garden of St Margaret. Everything is centrally located, supermarket, good restaurants and traditional pubs. The village is very pretty and right on the waterfront. A car is not necessary. Hiking trails start right by the house and there are two ferry stations just a short distance away. The bus and the wonderful Avocet-line take you to all places in and around the Exe Estuary. The house itself is tastefully furnished in keeping with the listed building. Practical, but always true to style. We liked the large eat-in kitchen with gas oven and super equipment for cooking. All the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. John was always available and very helpful. If you have difficulty with steep stairs or are very tall, the house may not be suitable. Otherwise: full recommendation. We would love to come back. A must visit: A la Ronde, the estate of the Parminster cousins, managed by the National Trust.

It was a privilege to stay in this beautiful family home. The location was sublime, peaceful and idyllic. The quirky access was amusing and great to be so close to the Ferry Boat Inn. The house had everything you could wish for and more!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very special - full of history and thoughtfully decorated/finished to a really high quality. The rooms are very generous with lovely bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. There was ample space to accommodate 12 people. The outside space is also amazing - huge garden, table tennis, badminton, tree house, trampoline, fire pit, BBQ. The location is great - only 20 mins to the coast. One thing that really stood out is how helpful and accommodating the host Rob is. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
