Private suite vacation rentals in Jurassic Coast

It was a little peace of heaven, the cottage (inside and outside) looks like it's out a story book. The cottage was spotless, enough space for a family, the kitchen was big enough and equipped to cook easy meals, we were served croissants for breakfast (lovely touch). There's a working fireplace and wood is provided. I would love to back there anytime.

Very quiet surrounds & so walkable into town. All amenities as described. Lovely & hospitable hosts. Would recommend.

Theresa and Simon are very friendly, accommodating and make you feel at home. They know the area well and are happy to share their knowledge. Great people. The Garden Studio is neat and comfortable, the garden is peaceful and and there are many places to relax. You will never regret coming here. 😊

My family had a blast. The area was very scenic and close enough to be a short drive to a number of attractions on the coast. We went to Llulworth Cove and Durdle Door. The River Arms and the Fox Inn both had great food and had takeaway available. Roger was super nice and allowed our kids to feed their pigs, goats, and horses, which they loved!

This was a perfect space for a weekend getaway and we really did have everything we needed. The house is well equipped and a lovely little garden and great views. Kelly was really responsive and helpful on messages

Such an amazing place in a beautiful tranquil village location. Sally's place is so well equipped that you could live there. We used the local shop and pub at Sally's recommendation which were both great and would revisit the idea area again. Sally was quick to respond when I had to message her. We found Sally and Bob to be excellent hosts. Thank you to both.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Ian and Rachel are the most gracious hosts. We felt like old friends right from the start. They called nearby pubs for us so we didn’t unnecessarily drive somewhere they were no longer serving food for the evening. The space is so big and quiet. We absolutely loved the area. It perfectly fit our taste for the quiet, rural areas (but still easily accessible to nearby areas with plenty of dining options and shops). The breakfast was wonderful and plenty to go around! We had an amazing stay and wish we could give extra stars! Practically perfect in every way!

Perfect. Comfortable and Morden with everything you need. I took a 5 minute drive into West Bay which was stunning and has a long costal walk with some great places to eat. The bed was really comfortable and the place was private and cosy. I would definitely book to come here again if I’m in the area and would recommend it

We echo all the reviews that have given Nel’s place 5 stars! We were on a tight schedule of visits around the country, but both agreed we’d would’ve happily stayed longer and just enjoyed the cosy accommodation and peaceful surroundings. We’re thinking of downsizing our family home and the design/layout of this delightful apartment gave us ideas for maximising a smaller space. Everything was spotless, the living room sofa and armchair were perfect for us, bed was super comfy, kitchen has everything needed and the whole place was light and airy. This was a perfect place for me to stay when visiting my daughter. It is extremely comfortable and well equipped and on site parking is a bonus. I would happily stay again.

Fabulous 2 night break as in area for a wedding. Tina is a most welcoming host to arriving guests, the home has been well thought out & decorated to an extremely high standard. Everything has been well thought off so it is very well equipped. Lovely quiet area, good privacy from main house but Tina is never far if needed. Will definitely be returning & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful place. Thank you Tina xx

Jo and Andrew were great host. Always there when we needed them but left us to get on with things. Such a beautiful location and the pool was so much fun. Kids had an absolute blast. Near shops, beach and Bournemouth town centre but so nice to head back for our private oasis each day. Would definitely stay again

This really is an idyllic spot. While attached to the owners house, it feels private. The barn itself is very tastefully done and was a larger space than I’d anticipated. The garden area with seating is pretty and our dog enjoyed herself exploring away. It’s off the beaten track in a very picturesque spot ideal for great walking. The owners (who we briefly met & who were helpful & polite) have been upfront about the state of the road leading to the property. In reality, it’s only the hill part of this which is ‘testy’ if you don’t have an SUV/4WD (& we don’t). We decided from day 2 to park the car in Houghton - if you come out of the property, turn right, it’s a 2 minute walk to Houghton. Very close to the start of this public path in Houghton on the main road is public off road parking for a couple of cars. This worked for us but obviously it’s public parking and you can’t guarantee a space & it’s at the owners risk. All in, we had a lovely couple of days - thank you!

This is the second time me and my mum have stayed here. Great location, and absolutely lovely accommodation! The bread is also great.

Our stay at Angie's place was fantastic. The property is quiet, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. A 30-minute walk to the town center. Easy check in and check out, good communication. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

What a beautiful home! We had a lovely long weekend break. Suzi was extremely welcoming and helpful. The offer to check in early was extremely appreciated. The bottle of wine and dog treats left for us was so nice to have waiting for us after a long journey. The property and location were beautiful. A really high quality feel with everything you could need. Having full access to the grounds of the property was a fantastic addition. I would recommend a stay in this lovely property with lovely hosts to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thank you for a lovely little break away!

We had a fabulous stay at Lizi's accommodation - it was absolutely perfect & Lizi was most helpful - loved the Hot Tub in the lovely private garden. We will definitely be back !!

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.
