Pet friendly house, great garden & near the beach.

Very well located pet friendly house! Great walking.Situated a 1 mile away from two gorgeous beaches, the Jurassic coast path & halfway between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. This very relaxed atmosphere is somewhere to rest your head and relax. If you are happy with a comfortable bed without the fancy frills this is the place for you! Self catering required. However, there is a friendly pub opposite which does food and drinks. Plenty of local places to eat and drink or various takeout options.

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included.
