Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Welcome to Kyrkenäs, our idyllic house by Näshult that we rent out when we are not there ourselves. The house is completely secluded in the woods and right by its own forest lake with a jetty, sauna and boat. Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the jetty, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50:-/day) The lake is located about 10 meters from the property. You also have access to the wood heated sauna on the property. The accommodation is well suited for family up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, 15 minutes bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own private patio.

Wi-Fi and 50"Smart-TV. 6 new bikes and 2 boats are included; of which one is a fishing boat (engine 1.000 SEK per week) one is a conoe boat (3 persons). 100 meters to walking paths/trails and 2 km to mountainbike tracks. Store Mosse 20 km, Scandinavian Raceway 5 km, High Chaparral 15 km, Isaberg Mountain Resort 25 km and three golf courses within 20 km.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Bryna lillstugan 1

With nature around the corner, you can relax in this peaceful accommodation and cool off in the summer heat in nearby ponds with a jetty and sauna about 100 meters from the accommodation. The cottage is completely renovated with a fireplace on the lower floor, there is a dining table, kitchen, toilet and a sofa bed as well as an exit to a large outdoor patio. Spiral staircase to get to the upper floor where there are 4 beds, wardrobes and a small desk and a couple of armchairs.

A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake.
