Right next to the cottage, there are both sheep and cow pastures and a large plot with space for activity. There is a possibility to rent a boat and fish. During the fall, there are nice mushroom fields in the nearby area. During the winter, there is usually access to a child-friendly ski slope and cross-country trails. It's about 10 kilometers to the facility.

This villa is located close to central Jönköping and has everything a villa should have and a lot more. The unique thing about this villa is its relaxation area, including a tiled Jacuzzi (for 4-6 adults) that always keeps 37 degrees, sauna, gym (with weights, spinning bike and Skierg), large lounge with projector, ping pong table, a large orangery, secluded plot.
