We had a wondeful stay at this lovely house! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, which immediately made us feel at home. The place was spotlessly clean, and the Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were extremly comfortable, and the bed linens were of high quality, making it easy to relax and get a good night's shep. we also really appreciated all the thoughtfull extras that were provided- like shampoo, a hairdyer, and other essentials. Also a good place for fishine! The sauna and hot this were definite high-lights and made our stay even more relaxing whenever we had a question or needed anything, Markus was always available and quick to respond, which made everything even more comfortable. All in all, its a fantastic House, and we would definitely stay here again! Best wishes from Hamburg!

We had a lovely stay in Solgården! The house is nicely furnished, making you feel right at home. In addition, it is surrounded by forest and you will unwind all the way here. In the garden there are a lot of children's appliances, which our son had a wonderful time with. There is a swing, slide, trampoline, sandpit, and there are lots of toys. Also there is a hot tub, where you can relax in. Highly recommended as far as we are concerned if you are looking for peace, nature but also like to look for entertainment for your children. Stefanie is a very nice host, who responds quickly to your questions and likes to think in terms of solutions! Greetings from the Dammers family!

We had a great week in Mary's very cozy old house. In particular, we liked the outdoor area. We were often on the boat, fishing, using the hot tub, making pizza in the outdoor oven and relaxing by the lake. The stand up paddle was also tried. A deer could even be seen in the opposite forest. Although there is no WiFi, we had internet through mobile data. The house was also a good base to follow the footsteps of Astrid Lindgren. A moose park is also nearby. Communication with Maria was very friendly and quick! We were very pleased and can recommend the house!

Remote old wooden cottage, where we felt so comfortable that we stayed one night longer than planned. Our dog felt very comfortable in the garden and the surrounding fields. No neighbors. The house is very old, everything is very low, but otherwise tiptop. The only drawback was actually the mattresses - very soft and very thin. We had our camper with mattresses, so we used them. The surroundings are actually quite beautiful, but the forest is also more of a forest, so some areas were cut down over a large area, which was a bit sad to look at. You can't hike really long on small footpaths from the house - but that didn't bother us for the few days. Contact with Karin was great - both check-in and check-out were contactless and easy.

We had a little stop over at Sofias place as we searched for beautiful hiking spots around the area on our way to Stockholm it was just what we needed after a busy few days. Cosy welcoming and loved being able to sit around the fireplace chatting and planning the next day on our trip

Perfect place to stay. Even nicer than the pictures. The sauna is very lovely, next to the river, we really loved it. Frans is very nice and generous. I highly recommend this place. Note: you can hear the noise from the main route (not inside the cabine) but you can easily forget about it.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house! We really felt very comfortable here, both in the house and in the magnificent surroundings. We were out on the lake by boat and could even catch fish which was a real highlight. In addition, we made beautiful excursions in the area and slept wonderfully every night. The fresh eggs from the chickens were great, and we really enjoyed spending time with the cats, dog Ronja, the chickens and of course your lovely cows. We particularly liked the loving little things in and around the house, and as a little extra we even found a geocache nearby. Thanks to the warm temperatures, we also dared to go swimming! We visited Skälsnäs Gård for Easter with our two children of 1 and 4, and we had a great time. We haven't lived in a house with so much soul before, and we felt so comfortable. It's the perfect getaway for kids who love to play, both inside and out. The nature is very beautiful and the surroundings were quiet and idyllic. The house is older, but the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with modern amenities, and it was easy to cook for the family. Vaxjo is the main town nearby and it takes about 30 min by car. Cozy town with good bakeries and cafes. Since there are no shopping opportunities close by, we recommend making a meal plan so you don't have to shop every day. There is a water park (Actic) that our kids loved and we visited twice. The place is easy to find and the host was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Cozy little cottage in very beautiful location! Luxury with accommodation right on the beach! Enjoy your host! We are used to the incineration toilet but it went well (even got used to the smell from the chimney). Thank you! (Maybe it was because the wind was “on the wrong side” but when we were outside we heard the faintly big road noise, which took the feeling of peace something.)

Pia is a very nice, open, helpful person. The plot is super nice and the lake has very clear water. We are already thinking about booking our next holiday there.

Nice little house which is very quiet. Paddle boat and rowboat were accessible at all times! Bicycles were also available! The owners are very nice and helpful and have their own summer house right in front of the cottage!

Perfect is the right word

We had a lovely mini vacation with 2 adults and 3 big girls. There was nice space in the house for all of us and the house was beautiful and quiet with a great view. Only 15 minutes drive from Ulricehamn city center.

Amazing picturesque place in the countryside!

This place is not like other places on Airbnb. It's a cabin in the woods WITH NO electricity and water. Mikael provided a large can of water for us who had plenty of time for all 4 days. Incredibly nice and welcoming host. The area you move around on foot is not huge, but was a perfect fit for me and my son and 4 days fishing and food over a fire 🙂 A very happy and satisfied customer.
