Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. The community also has tennis courts, padel courts, a walking path around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine.
