Cabin vacation rentals in Jonkoping County

We had a really cozy weekend at the cabin where we could relax in privacy surrounded by beautiful nature. Clean and well equipped cottage that also felt much bigger than what the pictures showed. And the pictures also don't do the amazing views justice - swimming in the heated hot tub overlooking the lake and taking a little ride on the boat were the highlights of the stay. It was easy to communicate with Elin and Erika, and we felt very welcome.

The gas bottle for the grill was empty, but it was resolved by us going to a gas station and buying one and the host paid for it, so it was okay. Guess it was the guests before us who ran out of gas without notifying the host.

Nice accommodation with proximity to Elmia where we were at the fair, somewhat loud from the e4 but the surroundings and the environment weighed it up.

Very nice stay! The accommodation was well suited for a weekend for 6 adults, well equipped kitchen, nice living room, large terrace with hot tub and very nice garden overlooking Lake Lake. Maja was a very good host, easy and quick communication, great tips about the area and walks. We felt very welcome. The surroundings are very close to nature and lovely. Would love to visit again!

We have enjoyed a wonderful week at Amalie's lovely holiday home. The location was amazing right down to the magnificent lake. The house had everything and the garden was great with all options both on the lake and in the garden. We would love to come back and can recommend both the place and Amelie's quick, friendly and welcoming responses. Thank you for an amazing week❤️.

Charming country house, good food was served inside their restaurant in the barn, take the opportunity to eat there when you visit them. The kids could run around and play, our dog was allowed to come along. Good parking. And a cozy jacuzzi by the forest.

Good accommodation with a very nice location and good trails in beautiful nature. Walking distance to restaurant Hestraviken Spa o Restaurang. And if we had been golfers, we would have been even happier as it is walking distance to Isaberg Golf Club. We really recommend this home.

We were allowed to spend three nights with our little dog in this wonderful cottage. The cottage is beautiful and furnished and designed with a lot of love. The surroundings are very idyllic and an absolute dream for nature lovers. The contact was consistently very friendly and pleasant. We had an unforgettable time and enjoyed every second. An absolute recommendation.

We are so pleased with our stay! Everything was clean and fresh and the house was cosily decorated. Outside fans large grass areas for the kids to run on, hot tub, pizza oven etc. So very lovely place. We would really like to come back! Thanks for a cozy day!

We had a wonderful time in the cozy cabin with lake view, perfect for a relaxing break. The decor is modern, very cozy and lovingly thought out. Everything was clean and high quality. A crib and high chair were available. There was a nice surprise in the fridge as a welcome and Amanda brought fresh eggs from her chickens. Outside, a great seating area with barbecue invites you to linger, overlooking the lake, grazing cows and sheep. We have taken a special liking to the sheep and will miss them very much! In the area you can go for a wonderful walk, collect wild herbs or simply enjoy the tranquility. A small swimming area is just a few steps away. Another highlight was the beautiful wooden sauna right on the lake about 5 minutes' walk away, which we were allowed to use at any time. Amanda and Michael are incredibly warm and helpful hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back! 🤍

Cozy cabin out in the country side. The cabin had every thing you need for a short get away. It was clean and neat. The surroundings ware very peaceful and beautiful. We will most likely book the cabin again.

Beautiful cabin near the lake with everything you need, peaceful and quiet. Perfect stay to relax, go on a hike or fishing on the lake!

We had a wonderful vacation at Lisa's place. The location is great - we went ice bathing in the lake every day. The boating was also wonderful. You could see many animals (rabbits, numerous birds). The place is very nice, clean and equipped with many nice things (a book exchange shelf is also available here). In particular, the kitchen equipment is perfect - there are numerous lunch boxes that you can use for excursions, also mixing bowls, mixers, kitchen scales - so I could even bake my own bread here. The garden and large terrace are just as beautiful - our children enjoyed spending a lot of time outside. The fireplace is also great, we grilled several times here and sat by the fire. In general, there are many cozy corners and seating areas everywhere. For us, this was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. In half a year, we will definitely come back. :)

This typical Swedish red cottage is really in a fantastic location if you are looking for the peace and nature that Sweden has to offer! We thought the somewhat remote location was a huge advantage. The cottage has all the comforts for a nice stay. The cottage is very clean and complete. Clasina responds quickly, friendly and helpful. We had four wonderful weeks here with our family with three children! Highly recommended.

A fantastic little cottage for relaxation near the lake. Ella was a fantastic host and I highly recommend her and her little cottage straight from the heart. We will come back more times.

The cottage was exactly as shown in the photo, very cozy and tidy and a beautiful view. Everything is available in the cottage. The cottage is close to store morre national park where you can take wonderful walks. Furthermore, the host Joakim has given several tips about what to do nearby. We had delicious coffee at a very nice coffee tent 15 min from the cottage. Definitely recommend to go here. We were sorry that we only booked 2 nights, more days are definitely recommended. The area is wonderful and there is plenty to do.

I had three boys aged 16-21 at the end of May. The place was like a dream. We arrived at night, and the lake lay there, large, mighty and mysterious in the dark. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed four days fully with SUP boards, boat, swimming, sauna, walks around the lake, campfire and relaxation. Really cool to have it all to yourself. - The eldest son had to have the annex/cabin to himself! We dream of coming back in the middle of winter and ice fishing🎣, winter swimming 🥶 and then sauna🥵!!

It was a nice time. The location was ideal. You were completely on your own and yet within a few minutes in the next town. The house is extremely simple, but there are all the things you need for a simple, good life.

The pictures do not do the cottage justice, nicer in reality. Very nice place near the lake. Clean and stylish. There were a lot of amenities in the cottage. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

The cabin exceeded our expectations. We held New Year in Karl's cabin inside a forest between Nassjö and Eksjö and it was just as it should be. Lovely quiet and quite undisturbed. Karl was great at giving recommendations for activities we could do, as well as appropriate length of hiking trails around. He was even very proactive when we got to make a few mistakes in the kitchen that he kindly took care of. We felt welcome in the old converted soldier's cabin and are strongly considering coming back on a 'get away' in the cozy cabin.
