Deana was a lovely host and always strived to make my stay comfortable. She is super-friendly and down-to-earth. I appreciated how she welcomed me into her home and made sure I had everything I needed. I didn't spent much time at the house since I was attending a family wedding. My time in the house was peaceful and I especially appreciated the comfort of the mattress and soft sheets. I slept very well! Deana is an interesting woman with a passion for painting. I loved being surrounded by her artwork. A nice and memorable stay.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

We had a great time staying here with our dog! The location made it easy to get to both Bentonville and Fayetteville. The house was roomy for two people and beautifully decorated. Amanda gave clear instructions and was responsive. We’d stay here again if we come back to the area!

We chose this home as it was next door to Springdale Country Club where we were hosting our son’s rehearsal dinner. We rented Jerry’s home for the entire wedding week and it was perfect! Jerry was so kind and accommodating! The beds were so comfortable, the linens so nice, kitchen & living rm area was great and the back porch was fabulous. Jerry was great to make arrangements for our son & his groomsmen to play golf at SCC the morning of the wedding. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee in the porch rockers watching the golf course grounds crew get the course ready! The birds and squirrels playing in the trees kept us entertained. We enjoyed our stay, loved chatting w/ Jerry as we saw him around the neighborhood. We now have a new AR friend and a place to rent again when we return for a visit to see our son and his wife! You will love this home & Jerry’s hospitality like we did!!

It was perfect for my needs, as I needed an extra night and was in and out visiting friends. If you can't walk stairs, it might be a little tricky getting up the front, but not a problem on my end. It was quiet and a great neighborhood.
