Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

Very cozy and peaceful place. We went as two people and we were able to sleep peacefully without noise, read in the hammock, study, watch and we had all the meals. We only brought the food and all the utensils were available there. It's about 20 minutes on a dirt road from the entrance of the city to the place, my car is a 2004 classic corsa and I was able to go normally, calmly. Check-in was flexible and I was able to get in hours before. Ligia explained the recommendations very well and we intend to return in the future. It was a pleasant journey.

Located in a rural area, isolated and private, it offers comfort, security and various entertainment options, such as chess, table games, books and other hobbies. First impressions refer to the feeling of being invited to the house of a friend who exchanged the chaos of the city for the enchanting simplicity of interior life, taking with him some of his cherished and nostalgic possessions — many of them worthy of the adjective ‘vintage’. We were initially greeted with affection and enthusiasm by the property's dogs, which probably help keep the place protected from unwanted visits. Then, Bruna and the 'Polaco' (?), the homemakers, welcomed us warmly, presenting the house and its surroundings. With the typical patience and inner wisdom, they explained in detail what to do and where to go. ... "it's over there"... so go!

It is already fourth (or fifth) time we stayed in the house. It's quite cozy and great for relaxing.Wem equipped and Sissi and Flavio are always available! It is near the main street of monte verde (if you do not mind walking about 7 / 10 minutes).

This was, without a doubt, the best stay I've ever had! Simony is very kind, cheerful and communicative, and you can feel this energy in every detail of the house. The house is even more beautiful in person, every corner thought out in the smallest details! Everything is very cozy, clean and fragrant. Incredible good taste! Bed and bath linens are of quality, also very clean and smelling, in addition to very comfortable beds, for a perfect night's sleep. We were greeted with a delicious welcome coffee, with cake, biscuits, jam and hot drinks. The house is very well-equipped, with a full kitchen for those who like to cook. In addition to all the positive points, the location is excellent! It is close to the center, the tourist attractions and in an easily accessible location. We went as a group of 6, and we all came back delighted. We hope to come back again and again! For those looking for the perfect place to feel at home, relax and fall in love, this is the place to stay!

The house is 20 minutes from downtown Joanópolis and is a true haven of peace (as Paulo emphasized!). In terms of infrastructure, it is super complete, especially for those who want/like to cook, they have a structure to make cakes and barbecues. The jacuzzi is delicious, warm shower and comfortable bed. It's worth going as a couple or even in a group of friends (there's a bed for 6, but it fits many mattresses and there's also a crib!) Now, the cordiality and hospitality of Sheyla, Paulo and Samara are the great differential. They drove us in the car, ahead, to the house, showing attractions along the way. They welcomed us with a cake, a letter and a dining table already set. They gave tips and were super available for any problems or needs. We'll definitely be back.

The clean and organized house, equipped with everything that is necessary, a clean and well cared outdoor area, Eduarda's father who served us, kind and caring, in the end, we love the stay.

The house is as shown in the photos, beautiful and comfortable. It has everything and a few extra cooking utensils. The beds are comfortable, lots of blankets for the cold days. The shower is delicious, good water outlet and heats well. Wow, there's nothing but good things to say. I thank the caretakers for leaving everything clean and organized. The atmosphere is ideal for a couple. It was very clean and organized, has the basics for making meals ( plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine and a small minibar). It is close to downtown to go by car, walking would be far away. The accommodation is not possible for those who do not have mobility, as they need to climb a ladder to get to the house. We enjoyed the stay and was worth it for the cost benefit.

We spent 3 extremely pleasant days in Dnalva's apartment, everything as advertised and in the photos presented. The location is great, there are restaurants nearby, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store..., cleaning in order, clean linens and towels. It was a perfect weekend! I definitely recommend this place.

Everything is great, would come back for sure! For 4 people, if it's very cold, it's ideal to bring more blankets, but for 2 people, we didn't need more.

A paradise in front of the beautiful Serra da Mantiqueira and in the center of Extrema MG. Everything was perfect and excellent. Stanley's apartment is completely renovated, spotlessly clean, bright and full of charm. The kitchen is fully equipped, making the space ideal for long stays. The location in Extrema-MG is excellent, both for those who go for work and leisure, with easy access to the main points of the city by car or by app. It was a great experience!
