House on the dam in a gated community. IDEAL FOR RESTING AND RELAXING. The house accommodates a maximum of 16 people, including adults and children. Total leisure: swimming pool, JACUZZI for 6 people, sauna, bungalow, fireplace in the main house, outdoor fireplace with benches around it, soccer field, Beach Tennis court, treadmill, foosball table exclusive to the house. Casa de Pedra, in a contemporary style, is located on a farm on the edge of a reservoir. 2 en-suites, open kitchen, ecological fireplace, terrace with barbecue, table and ambiance with sofa. One of the bathrooms, glazed and facing a small garden, has an individual wooden hot tub. Beach Tennis, Stand Up, kayaks and bikes. Pier on the reservoir, beach on one of the lakes, hammock area, fire pit, shower, waterfall, trails, reforestation, pasture with dairy cattle, outdoor tables. Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Alexa.

Our house has access to the dam common area, with a ramp to lower the boat. 20min da serra do Lopo 30 minutes from the waterfalls peaceful and family place Pet friendly - we accept dogs of all sizes Fenced property, private environment. Private floor fire area (fire pit) full kitchen and barbecue in the balcony. Tv with Netflix - Amazon Prime wi fi - via radio ( very good) but in days of a lot of rain and wind subject to instability. *Kayak rental for the entire stay.

Events/parties and external guests are not allowed. It is 110 km from São Paulo (4.5 km of dirt road).
