The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It is well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center. The house is very good and cozy, a great space, both indoors and outdoors. Everything is very clean and tidy. Well facing with a very good waterfall to frequent. We love the places we will return for sure.

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

It is already fourth (or fifth) time we stayed in the house. It's quite cozy and great for relaxing.Wem equipped and Sissi and Flavio are always available! It is near the main street of monte verde (if you do not mind walking about 7 / 10 minutes).

It was delicious, impeccable house, everything clean and very well organized. Great location. So far, we're delighted with the view. We loved it too much. Joanópolis is beautiful, we went to the Cachoeira dos Pretos and did Cross buoy… I highly recommend it.

Casa with an amazing view! We used the swimming pool a lot, beach court. All great! The condo looks new and the view from the dam is unbeatable.

Our stay at the Phoenix Hut inside Sítio Nossa Terra was wonderful. The space is excellent, very well equipped and is a perfect place to relax and be in touch with the nature. The view is sensational! The reception and attention of your Geraldo, homey of the property, was excellent, always very helpful and attentive. We will certainly return on other occasions.

My family and I loved the experience at this accommodation, we had a child and a dog and it was amazing that everyone enjoyed the space a lot. The barbecue area and the pizza oven were the stars and we had a lot of fun in the countryside, it was amazing.

i my family and friends love the space, very cozy and spacious. All the chalets are quite complete, with kitchen and private bathroom, outside the main kitchen that is giant. We arrived everything was clean and organized! Milton was very kind and let us feel free to check in on his own cell phone, kept an eye on the messages and still let us stay until later than agreed. the city is a cute one and everything is very close. We take the opportunity to get to know one of the waterfalls near there. finally super recommend!

Complete farm that caters to various tastes, swimming pool, barbecue, fishing, tranquility. I recommend it and will return any day now.

The place is even more beautiful than the photos of the listing. A large lawn for our dog to play on, fruit trees and the incredible view of the dam. It's a place to relax, we saw several species of birds and even monkeys. The glass house is a differential, we can enjoy the environment even inside the house and at night we can enjoy the starry sky. Raquel was very helpful and the cleanliness and organization were great. We'll be back for sure.

We love the house, it reminded me of my parents and grandparents. The house is quite spacious, has a great yard and the garden is simply beautiful. It has a very well-structured barbecue area in the back overlooking the giant sleeping volcano. We have known the city for many years and love the location of the house. I stayed at Valquíria and Fabiano's chalet in Joanópolis and I have nothing but praise! The cottage is sensational, extremely clean, organized and welcoming. Valkyria is very attentive, proactive and dedicated, which made all the difference in the experience. The place is simply amazing for those seeking peace and contact with nature. I spent a weekend there and I'm already counting the days to go back! The kitchen is super well-equipped, I didn't miss anything at all. The bed is extremely comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, everything is thought out with care and attention. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

It was the third time I stayed at Fernanda's house, and as always I have no complaints. The house was clean and organized, and check-in and checkout were super smooth. The landscape is stunning, just go to see what I'm talking about. It's a piece of paradise for sure.

I didn't even use half a bag of wood I bought. a shower of super refreshing spout water for the hottest days. Suvalia and Grazhy super attentive and gentle, making everything even more perfect We'll be back!
