Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Jamaica

Zuma is definitely a gem. Our stay was very peaceful. Joyela's response time is quick and she always handle any issues (minimal) fast. Its a home away from home. Oh and the water is HOT 🔥....at the top of the list of places we've stayed!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was exactly what I needed. Somewhere private & peaceful. The communal pool was a very nice addition for days you just want to relax. My only issue was not having a washing machine, as I stayed for 3 weeks & without my brother living close & owning one, cleaning my clothes would have been a problem. Alecia was a great host & anything I contacted her about, she was very friendly & helpful. Overall I loved my stay & didn’t really want to leave. Next time I am in Jamaica, I will definitely be staying in the same place. Thank you Alecia for being a great host.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet at night. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Our stay was phenomenal and unforgettable! The house was beautiful and just like the pictures with the most comfortable beds. Amazing views of the water, very peaceful and calm around the gated community. Arlene their personal chef is amazing, she makes the most delicious food and is so warm and welcoming. We wanted to bring her back home with us! We have already talked about making another trip to this location to stay even longer!

Janet and Rad are incredible hosts, this is our 4th time staying here. It’s our home away from home. They are very responsive, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The place is as described with lots of things to do such as Jenga just to name a few games. The beach pass to Puerto Seco was an added perk….Let’s not forget Jan’s famous punch. We will definitely be back again.

A fantastic family vacation. I had lots of questions and Jessica always responded and answered every single one. The house is amazing and the view gorgeous. The driver was totally worth it! Had lots of suggestions and great company. We really appreciated all the help and communication. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to be!

John hat hier win wahres Retreat gebaut, etwas in den Hügeln gelegen mit wunderschönem Garten und riesigem Pool. Im Garten schwirren die Kolibris zu dutzenden, kann man schön beobachten. John hat uns einen sehr warmen Empfang bereitet, alles ausführlich erklärt und auch noch eine umfangreiche Erstausstattung mit Lebensmitteln, von Kaffee über Müsli, Marmelade, Eier, Butter, Milch, Wasser bis zu frischen Bananen, 🍍 und Papaya...wirklich außergewöhnlich!!! Küche war gut ausgestatt....Klima null vermisst, weil alles so luftig gebaut ist und die Fenster mit Mosigittern geschützt. Die Lage war zwar in den Hügeln aber nur 10 Min. bis zu den Stränden Frenchmen Cove, Winfried Beach (unser Favorit) und zur Blue Lagoon. Morgens hatten die Kids immer Pool-Time, der war schön warm...einfach super! Alles in allem eines der besten AirBnBs wo wir wahren, mit super freundlichen Vermietern...absolut top und weiter zu empfehlen!!

Avant de réserver l’espace j’avais pris mon temps de regarder les photos et les commentaires précédents. L’espace est encore plus belle quand vous y êtes. Sean et Mal ont toujours été disponible quand je les contactais,ils étaient disponibles pour m’indiquer la routeils sont tellement gentils mon Check in était a 4h de l’après midi mais mon vol d’arrivée était pour 8h du matin ils ont fait un moyen pour que je fasse mn Check in plus tôt pour ne pas rester 8h de temps à l’aéroport parce que j’avais pas d’autre endroit et ils ont même accepté d’allonger mon séjour pour un prix abordable. J’ai passé un bon séjour, j’étais pas loin de l’ambassade des États Unis 5 à 7 minutes en voiture, Hope zoo et un jardin botanique de 5 à 10minutes à pieds disons 15 minutes à pieds pour aller au restaurant le plus proche et market. Merci encore Sean et Mal🫶🏽✨

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Christina was communitive & helpful as we even locked ourselves out at night once. The little air conditioners were really nice at keeping us extra cool & the water definitely got to scalding hot, be careful with that haha. She wonderfully provided a cleaning halfway through our week stay. Beautiful view of the beach on the balcony, we sat out there quite a lot. Very convenient location which we were thankful for! Thank you for our stay & will definitely return coming back to Ocho Rios!

I loved my stay at this Airbnb! The minimalist interior was stunning, and the furniture and decor were perfectly placed. The bedroom was super cozy, and the whole space was spotless and smelled amazing. Alexa was a lifesaver with the AC 🙂. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return – great space!

Sean & Kerry's place is cute, cozy, and private just as described. You get the best of both worlds. It's a short walk from the hip strip and Doctor Cave Beach, but far enough on a side street where you can still have privacy and sleep at night/quiet. The gate also adds extra security. Sean dropped off a complimentary wine for my man's birthday, and that was super sweet. They also included recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Great host. The place looks like the photos and has everything you need including seasonings, coffee, tea, streaming services on tv, a comfy bed, and even a nice window view of greenery and nature. It is also very close to the Montego Bay Airport. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I both loved our stay Vaughn was very respectful and always replied back when we reached out to him not only was Vaughn very helpful the groundskeeper Deno was very helpful as well we will be coming back soon! If you want to get the feeling of being a local in Ocho Rios, this is the place to stay. A close walk to whatever you need, food, groceries, pharmacy/general store, and you get to walk through the streets to get to the beach. Even the the little storefront at the house made it feel even that much more like being one of the people.

If you've come across this listing, look no further!! This place was such a beautiful and relaxing getaway. I met their driver Al at the airport and he made sure that I was familiar with my surroundings. The condo is BEAUTIFUL and just as described in pictures. It's a quiet private location that's in walking distance to the hip strip. I spent most of my time sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. the location is perfect because there's a mini mart downstairs and a restaurant and bar on the property. I barely left. Thank you for hosting me. I will be back again!

This place was breathtaking and worth the money! Very quiet, stunning view to wake up too! I wouldn’t say the beach is exactly walkable it quite the climb but the pool was nice and the staff was friendly! Bought some jelly from the security at the gate which saved me a trip to the town. But I definitely recommend this spot and I’ll be back!

This is my 2nd time staying here and again I had a wonderful stay. Sandy was really accommodating and helped source a monitor to help me work remotely. This spot is so close to everything in new Kingston but still very safe. Had no issues and will def stay again!

Simply spectacular. Michael was great! He was helpful, his place was amazing and he was kind. The place had an incredible view!!! I will be staying here again.

Great stay at Konstyantyn & Nadia’s, everything was as described. Just a short walk to harmony beach and lots of different food options. The view from the balcony was amazing and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make quick breakfast and go. Plus there is a pool with a gorgeous view if you don’t feel like walking to the beach. I would 100% recommend it. Best bang for your buck.

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Many thanks to Hank and Wendy Jo. They were super responsive and helpful. They graciously allowed us to check in early for our anniversary. And even sent their housekeeper to check on us mid visit. The location is great, the best hot water on the island, and what a beautiful patio to take in the sunrise and the sunset. We will definitely be back. Thank you both!
