Tiny house vacation rentals in Jamaica

This was a great place to stay if you want a real Jamaican experience at a Bed and Breakfast! I felt safe and accommodated during our stay. It is a small space with an outdoor shower, but that made the authentic experience even better. The pool and space by the water/ cliffs were beautiful and perfect to get away from everything else. Richie was very kind and made us breakfast. He also helped fix our rental car’s dented hub cap from all the pot holes driving from Montego Bay airport. It does take about 25 minutes to get to restaurants in Negril but we had a taxi driver and he was fabulous. Rockhouse was amazing. Blue Mineral Hole is a must!! Great times all around. Richie’s mom who greeted us the first day was also so kind as well as everyone else on the property. Would recommend!

The treehouse and the outdoor bathtub were wonderful retreats away from nyc. So many little nooks and areas to get lost in on the grounds. Creatively designed. The staff was very kind and helpful. I went in the off season so I actually had the whole place to myself one day, but everyone still treated the grounds like it was full, constantly up keeping the gardens and keeping the sand pristine. Really lovely experience.

Beautiful accommodation. Nicely decorated, great location (less than 10 min walk to the beach) and also easy to reach by route taxi from Savanna la mar. Lydia is a very nice host. She can organize tours, give tips and make guests feel comfortable. She even took us to a small music session. The Baboo house is great for one person. The outside band is also nice. A small kitchenette is the only one that might be desirable. But that's how you get the taste of the delicious Jamaican street food. Would come back anytime. Belmont is a little secret tip and Lydia's place is a great address

Rani's place is authentic Jamaica. Perfect for the adventurous soul that wants to really live like a local. We loved every bit of it. It had everything needed to cook full meals and have an overall comfortable and relaxing stay. We brought snorkelling equipment and walked to the beach and saw amazing reefs and fishes at the rocks at the far end of the bay.

Corral Cottage is such a wonderful place - secluded enough to really get you away from it all while still close enough to larger towns like Negril to get groceries or anything you might need. Richie and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. They cooked us great meals, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. Richie is a great guide to local attractions or if you just need recommendations. He's even willing to drive you places, or go out with you on excursions. He took us to a music venue in Negril and we had a blast. We highly recommend going to the bat cave, natural spring and Bob Marley property with him. There is a sand beach close by with great snorkeling as well as snorkeling right off the property. While the ocean was wonderful so was the seaside pool and lounge chairs. We really loved it here and want to come back with family!

The cottages are perfect for relaxing time away. So quiet that the sounds of the ocean outside takes everything away and puts you to rest. The service is friendly and the neighboring restaurants only makes it better. Definitely refer this place.

I love Calabash House and Cottages. It is a paradise! Denzil, the on-site host, is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I can't wait to be back there!

Nicki's place is a dream! It was so peaceful and magical to sit in the hammock and watch the hummingbirds frolic and to hear the sound of the waves in the distance. The beach is close and the property was so lovely to just relax in. Nicki is also an awesome host, he made us feel right at home with his generosity, kindness and openness. My pup also had the best time exploring and I was so grateful she was welcome to come. Such a lovely stay, I definitely didn't want to leave!

From the newlywed Mr and Mrs. Burton Spending my honeymoon at a cottage wasn’t what I initially envisioned, but everything changed the moment I arrived at the stunning Windmill Cottage in Malvern. From the first step inside, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery that unfolded before me. The cottage was rustic, unique, and most importantly extremely comfortable. The setting was absolutely enchanting, and to make the experience even better, we were fortunate enough to stay in the largest cottage. It featured three beds two on the lower level and one on the upper level and provided access to a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area. Windmill Cottage truly felt like a home away from home for both my husband and me. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the excellent customer service. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming something that’s becoming a rare find these days. Their hospitality made our stay all the more memorable.

I was in the earth house with Francine & Marlene for about two and a half weeks and felt completely comfortable. Check-in was very straightforward – right after booking, I received a helpful manual with all the important information. I was there alone and felt safe at all times. Already on the first morning I was surprised by Marlene with fresh fruit, and also in the following days she brought me fruit from her garden again and again – when I lost my charging cable, she immediately helped me with a replacement. The place is super clean and superbly equipped: towels (which were even freshly washed during my stay), snacks, kitchen utensils – just everything you need. For longer stays, the washing machine is particularly practical. The pool was always clean, perfect for my morning swimming sessions, and the garden is beautifully maintained. An all-round relaxed and pleasant stay! Glad to come back!

Incredible views. The place had all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. My only complaint is that the directions were not clear using google maps however we were able to contact the host and he made it easy to find. The hike to the bottom of the falls was challenging but worth it. I recommend wearing appropriate shoes and take bug spray (with deet) if you decide on going.

I had an unforgettable stay at this charming cottage in Negril. Surrounded by nature, it exuded rustic Jamaican vibes and offered a tranquil escape. Our stay here was magical. The environment and realness was so authentic. It felt like a true Jamaican experience, rustic, but clean and with everything you need to be comfortable. They also catered to me and my husbands plant based diet and cooked an incredible dinner and breakfast.

It is everything we hoped for, and more. Access to everything. We had a car so we didn't experience the very frequent taxi opportunities down to the beach. We loved the pool and the peace and the trees and all of the sounds, music playing til late from other venues nearby, we were nestled within it all in a beautiful tropical mini paradise. And we were looked after by Elaine and Alicia, thank you ladies! Lovely time all round!

The place is clean and comfortable, close to everything, while set up in the hill side where it's was very quiet and peaceful. The house is clean, kitchen stocked up with pots pans soap seasonins etc. bathroom was clean shower has good hot water and provided soap/body wash. The fans work great and the area is very cool and comfortable, so you don't even need A/C. There are dogs in the property that are friendly but will bark at anyone coming into the lane or walking near the house which is nice for security, but the area overall is very safe and the community is friendly. I highly recommend this Airbnb , the price was great for what you get and I hope to book again in the near future.. from the house you can be in ocho rios is about 35 mins, 10 mins to flavours beach, 10 mins to green grotto and ultimate jerk centre, lots to do in the area. Warm, friendly Host, who is always ready to help with any and every need. This is truly a hidden gem. The view is breathtaking! The campsite situated upon a hill is what is needed for a relaxing get away where the weather is just perfect, birds singing all day and at nights too. The wall in the forest brings such calm. As a solo traveler I was a bit sceptic at first, but after arriving I felt right at home. I will be visiting again soon with friends.

The entire grounds are beautiful. It’s truly is a hidden gem. There was a place to play board games , Ping pong or watch a movie. The staff are so sweet and cleaned the room satisfying. The lights on the trees are amazing and made it very relaxing . Most importantly the host was amazing and it t was a safe place .

Our Escape owes me nothing! The team was awesome, checkin was a breeze and the rep at checkin was so accommodating! The rooms were gorgeous and the area was so peaceful and lush! This was an amazing experience and the natural rivers close by were an amazing bonus! Blue Patio is walking distance away and offers delivery so we didn’t HAVE to leave! The people in the neighborhood were also so kind and hospitable!

Bronhil’s home is well kept and her additional touches made our stay exquisite. She was also very accessible and addressed any questions timely. We will definitely stay here again.
