Vacation rentals with breakfast in Jamaica

This is one of my most favorite air B&B thus far Jennifer was well accommodating and responsive. Great view, lots of things to do within walking distance. I highly recommend this place loved my stay. Thanks Jenn.

I got this place for my parents, Aunts and uncle. They raved about how nice the unit was and really liked the on-site pool both at the unit and inside the community. They also loved the chef, he was professional and made delicious breakfast. "Five star accommodations" is a direct quote from my mother. I highly recommend this place.

Jerome’s Cottage is exactly as it appears . The house fully air conditioned and is located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping stores . The house is walking distance of the town center. The house is clean and well kept. Jerome was easy to reach and is always there should you need help or have questions. I will most definitely stay there again .

Our group of six just spent five wonderful days at Maison Bleu. The staff and host made really made the trip memorable for us, nevermind the beautiful setting and amazing sunsets. Thank you to Junior, Tony, Roger, and Natalie for taking such wonderful care of us. And also to Kendra for being so communicative and helping to arrange transportation to several excursions and quickly answering all of our questions. This is a great spot if you're looking for something a bit quieter than the real big tourist areas and resorts. You will be well cared for and feel refreshed. Thank you again to our new friends at Maison Bleu!

First of all let me say the view was everything! The home was as beautiful and spacious as the photos. The pool was pristine and inviting and the children enjoyed it all day. The home felt very safe for my family and has a gate around the premises. We were able to enjoy the beautiful Puerto Seco beach as members of the villa and the children played on the floating water park. We were walking distance to local shops and markets. Close to all the attractions, but nice and peaceful at the home. The attendant Omar was able to get us fresh fish, that was beautifully prepared by Maelyn the chef. The house keepers were helpful but not obtrusive. Overall, I love this home and was not ready to leave. See you next vacation in JA!

Amazing stay with Lucy! We can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home that is exactly as seen in the photos. The proximity to the beach, the private pool and the views make this the perfect place to relax. The en-suite baths for each of the 3 bedrooms gave each of our group the space we needed. The best part however is the staff Lucy has put together to take care of you during your stay. Every meal (breakfast and dinner) was delicious and served at our convenience depending on our plans. Transportation for everything from the airport to a day trip to YS Falls/Appleton Estates, even a last minute scooter ride to the ATM was arranged quickly and easily. The house and pool were kept spotless. And best of all, the pups!! Sugar and Spice, kept us entertained and company throughout the visit. If a quiet relaxing vacation away from the tourist areas is what you’re looking for, this is it!! Thank you Lucy and the whole Turtles Nest family!

Lovely place. Easy to find. We used 4 of the 7 bedrooms. All the beds were comfortable. Lots of space. Nice, very clean pool. Helpful housekeeper Diana is on site most days till late afternoon. If you have laundry, you arrange with her. Big refrigerator, all the cookware you may need. Only qualm is an underperforming stove and oven. If you intend to make any dinners, I suggest you check to see if it has been repaired.

This was my second time renting one if the units at Tim Pappies, and it was just as awesome as the first! The place is super comfy, especially the bed and has everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Portland Parish is such a beautiful place , and this unit us too. The location makes it easy to explore everything - from the beaches to local spots. The host is super chill and always on top of things, which made the whole stay even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to... once more. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with everything you need, this is it!

I felt right at home immediately. This place was squeaky clean , very peaceful and cozy. I was comfortable. The staff was on demand!! I could call and ask for anything 😂 I bothered them actually but they were friendly. Felt like family and they didn’t mind at all.

We stayed at Nadia again because of the experience we had at her place the first time. Clean, quiet and fell like home. I Will highly recommend staying here if you’re on a business trip, or you’re looking for a nice place to chill!

Lighthouse Inn 2 was the peaceful retreat I was searching for my trip in Negril. The studio was squeeky clean especially the kitchen and shower which were easy to use and felt just like home. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe at all times inside the studio and outdoors within the property grounds, which were gated, and included beautiful foliage, singing (and humming) birds, ample tall light posts, two friendly pooches, and peaceful sounds of the forest to keep you company through the stay. Yes I am a real person and this review is legit! Traveling overseas to Jamaica has its own worries but my stay was stress free. Anxiety was definitely high and I was a little nervous but booking with Aaron made everything worth it!! If you’re traveling alone or just looking for a safe stay. Aaron’s place is a great place for you. There is security at the gate 24/7. It was peaceful and no one bothers you. Come and go as you please without any issues. You don’t have to worry about dangers etc or safety when coming back late. All questions Aaron answered expeditiously. He was pleasant to work with! If needed you can walk to nearby stores etc. Even when taking uber etc it was not pricey from this location. It’s a quiet private community and the few people I saw were very friendly. Rather a long stay or short stay. I personally believe this will be a perfect home and location. The parking is inside the locked gate that leads to your stay RESERVE YOUR STAY YOU WONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Mrs. Elaine, the house manager met with us, gave us the keys and gave us an amazing tour of the house. Her hospitality is out of this world. She was so kind, so nice and very attentive. On top of that the house was super clean. The house is also very spacious. My kids had a blast and they enjoyed the pool very very much. The location is great and safe location in the mountains. Perfect home away from home. Very cozy and for sure recommend anybody to stay here. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Mrs. Dorrett for allowing us to experience your home. We are very grateful.

We were grateful to Faith for her hospitality. She’s an activist for both guest and locals to experience the rich and beautiful culture of the island. We spent one night as we were just passing through on our tour of the island’s parishes. We woke up the next morning to a beautiful vegan breakfast (requested), that satisfied the palate.

I had a great time at the air bnb. I was early and the front desk was kind enough to let me check in early. I enjoy the garden areas, outdoor setting, dining area, and pool! Would definitely stay again! Easy transfer from the airport, as there one way and round trip were such a great price. Bed was comfy and cozy.

Starlight Chalet is a private, peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful place. The gardens, buildings and property are well-maintained with panoramic views of the Blue Mountains. The beds were very comfortable with solid wood poster frames. The bathroom was modern and clean. The room was nicely decorated with paintings of Jamaica on the walls. The staff were friendly and helpful and made sure that we were well taken care of. We went on a driving tour guided by Trelawney, the groundsman for the property. His knowledge of the area is extensive and we learned a great deal from him and enjoyed his charming personality. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our complimentary Jamaican style breakfasts which included Blue Mountain coffee. We also had dinner there and the staff went out of there way to provide us with yam and green bananas and escovitch snapper and fresh tomatoes and cucumber. I highly recommend the Starlight Chalet and plan to return soon for a serene retreat. Thank you!

spent 3 weeks with Mokko and his amazing family. The most amazing fresh food, beautiful scenery, crystal clear creeks, safe and friendly community and all round cool vibes. The property feels like home. I Would recommend to anyone who visits Jamaica to stop in at Mokko’s before you leave! He will look out for you. Very grateful to have crossed paths and already looking forward to returning. Bless up Mokko, Ras and the Family!

I offered Sheril a handshake upon departing and I received a hug....I am a first time user of Airbnb and cannot believe that the experience was so wonderful . Ofcourse I was skeptical at first but upon arrival , all that changed in a heartbeat. I was ushered inside and introduced to everyone and was directed to my room which had the most gorgeous view of the cove below Tower Isle . We interacted as family during my stay and the most delicious breakfast was prepared and ready each morning at the prearranged time...not a minute later....Room is spacious and lines and towels are nice and fresh....It definitely feel like home !

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well in our room. I was surprised we had such good water pressure in the shower, a working shower head and hot water! this has not been the case in other AIRBNBs. This is an ideal place if you want to really get away from the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, for us, we had some things going on with work and family that we had to leave part of the first few days to get call coverage and better internet. However, I found AT&T didn't have very good coverage on most of the island and we stayed right after the earthquake, so that caused the internet issues. So, that is probably not the norm. I wish we had been able to eat more meals onsite. Truly the most flavorful meals we had during the trip - and that is comparing it to one of the high end all-inclusives. If you stay, plan ahead to have the local staff prepare meals, because there really aren't any restaurants or bars close by. The home is kept spotless and the staff is friendly.

Our stay at Silvana's place was wonderful. The hospitality was great, breakfast was delicious real authentic Jamaican cuisine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt very safe the view, fresh air, and cool breeze was spectacular! My family and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Silvana for being a marvelous hostess.

L&V are two earth angle , kind , helpful, caring, thoughtful. My stay with them felt like vacationing with my favorite auntie. I highly recommend staying with them, you will not be disappointed.
