A brand new cottage tucked away on the west end of Negril. We have 3 cottages on the property. This custom cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, Large living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a smart TV in the livingroom, we Do have cable and we have strong reliable Wi-Fi, so you can enjoy watching Netflix or youtube. No A/C but has plenty of windows for that cool breeze. Everything is close by, we are right across the street from Coral Seas on the Cliff & close to Rock House Hotel.

There are 2 other cottages on the property that can be rented separately, or jointly for groups of up to 15. A stone's throw away from the world-renowned Rick's Cafe, restaurants/watering holes, and has incredible sunsets. 10mins drive to Negril's vibrant Seven Mile Beach. A secluded and romantic getaway.

Tektime a place to unwind, take in the sunset, view & mountain air while feeling at home nestled in the trees 3600 ft up in Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee country. Tektime is the Jamacian for "take things slowly". Hear the birds roost in the afternoon or voices of the coffee pickers going home and the occassional goat tied out to feed.
