Vacation rentals with a patio in Jamaica

We booked here for our honeymoon & omg we loved it!!! Absolutely beautiful! About 10 mins from the beach and hip street!! Very clean & spacious! Literally no complaints! Def will be back!

This place is a slice of paradise, secluded and peaceful. The private beach brags warm calm waters, and snorkeling both close to shore and further out. Dwayne was friendly and helpful. Next time we go to Jamaica, we'll spend the whole trip here.

They stay was excellence the entire time. From the moment we booked the reservation, till we checked out. Shanique, provided everything we needed and was always attentive. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nice get away

Deya place was truly a gem. We had such a great time! It was spacious, and the staff were friendly and kind. The food was amazing! This was the first resort I’ve stayed where the food was really good. The views were spectacular. The balcony view and watching the blue ocean was the cherry on top. I will say that I would suggest to rent a car because taxi is very expensive ($150-250) and it’s also a bit far from the excursions, however you can go down the Mobay strip where they have some entertainment. Only thing is that there was some stains on the blankets and it would have been nice to have new ones but other than that I would highly recommend!

Amazing place, peaceful, quiet, spacious showers, great skyline view and extremely responsive polite hosts I would recommend to anyone.

Alethia’s place was amazing, clean and comfortable, felt right at home, she was very responsive, could not have asked for better accommodation, looking forward to my future stays at her place.

If you want to get the feeling of being a local in Ocho Rios, this is the place to stay. A close walk to whatever you need, food, groceries, pharmacy/general store, and you get to walk through the streets to get to the beach. Even the the little storefront at the house made it feel even that much more like being one of the people.

Had the most magical stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was exactly what I needed. Somewhere private & peaceful. The communal pool was a very nice addition for days you just want to relax. My only issue was not having a washing machine, as I stayed for 3 weeks & without my brother living close & owning one, cleaning my clothes would have been a problem. Alecia was a great host & anything I contacted her about, she was very friendly & helpful. Overall I loved my stay & didn’t really want to leave. Next time I am in Jamaica, I will definitely be staying in the same place. Thank you Alecia for being a great host.

from we entered the complex it was like home away from home, the customer service was excellent and the unit was way beyond expectation. I was looking forward in enjoying the pool but it was under repairs, nevertheless it was a great experience. I'll be looking forward to the next visit. 😊

Our stay at the AirBnB was fantastic. Michael was helpful from the moment we booked till the day we left. Initially we planned to stay only two nights but he accommodated another night. The house was clean and as the description said, it was indeed cozy. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my partner and I to reconnect after some time apart. Instructions to get to the house within the gated community were also clear and precise. There is not one thing I could say to complain about our stay at the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the little tokens like drinks and snacks which did come in handy at some point. The house was fully equipped with whatever we could need as well as decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here, if possible we would definitely return. Thanks a lot for your hospitality Michael!

5 stars isn’t enough for this place!!! 🤩 The Airbnb was absolute perfection! 🏠✨ From the moment I booked, my host was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The space itself was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities you’d want. Plus, the location was prime - close to all the action but still quiet enough to relax. 📍 My host went above and beyond with little touches that made my stay feel extra special. Can’t recommend enough! 👍🏾 Highly highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience!

I reserved SeaGrapes Ocho Rios for May 28th to May 31st. Diana met us at the property. She was quite gracious, attentive, courteous, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire stay. She gave my family and I the grand tour. We instantly fell in love with the peace and tranquility the property offers. The layout worked perfectly for the eight of us. Courtney provided security from 7pm to 7am. His quiet presence gave us a peaceful sense of security. Junie made us delicious meals. Clive the gardner, also saw to it that the pool stayed clean. Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

Michelle and Kerone were exceptional in their commitment and communication with me.The space is amazingly beautiful and it was so much better than I expected! I felt comfortable and connected with the people. The beach is right there, walkable beaches and activities. There is an excellent vibe going on down by pool side , food , fun , drinks, games etc. I highly recommend this place for those who want to come and visit!

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Jhonnoi was a very responsive and reasonable host, the place was squeaky clean and looked just like the pictures. I would stay there again. location is smack in the heart of everything and the compound is tightly secured. 10/10 recommend.
