The house is 4km from Formia and Gaeta, 20km from Sperlonga and 3km from Itri. The station is 2 km away, and you can easily visit Rome or Naples.

Sea, culture, relaxation. "Civico 60" is close to the beaches of Sperlonga and Gaeta and the Via Francigena. The apartment, in the center of Itri, overlooks the medieval castle and is ideal for relaxing in a new and cozy environment. The house, on the third floor without an elevator, has two bedrooms with a double bed (in one it is possible to add a single bed), a living room, a sofa, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
