To reach the beautiful beaches of Sperlonga, take the Itri-Sperlonga provincial road with breathtaking views of the sea.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright and charming little apartment overlooking “La Piazzetta” in the Old Town. It has a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on the mezzanine, and there is also a small sofa bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the (well-equipped) kitchen.
