Vacation rentals with beach access in Ito, Japan

何度もリピートしていて、お気に入りの宿です。今回は宿に忘れ物をしたのですが、快く対応して頂き大変助かりました。

I stayed here for two nights while I was backpacking, and Ikko was super responsive and kind, the apartment is in a nice location in Ito and is packed to the brim with anything you may need. Would definitely stay again.

Nice view of the ocean, and close to the fish market and train!

Airi was very friendly and helpful, we stayed at her apartment, which was lovely and had a beautiful view of the sea. The surroundings were spectacular but maybe were bit difficult to move by foot, but there were busses that connected to shimoda station.

We loved staying at Ben's place! It was quite accessible from the popular spots of Ito and Atami, and it was well furnished and comfortable. The hosts were also very welcoming, picking us up at the station and offering us local recommendations. Would recommend for anyone visiting!

We stayed 4 nights in Tetsu’s place. The location is great for getting to Hakone via public transport. We also rented a car and were able to park it directly in front of the apartment. Tetsu was very helpful. We arrived a few hours before check in hoping we could use a large locker at the station to store our luggage but all were full. I messaged Tetsu and he allowed us to check in early which was a huge help. Overall it was a great base for day trips. It was also very convenient to have cooking and laundry facilities in the apartment. We had a very comfortable stay. Thanks Tetsu!

Le séjour chez Mari a été tellement agréable. Nous ne voulions pas être avec les touristes de Hakone. Nous voulions vivre une expérience intime, avec les locaux, les pêcheurs, la mer… nous avons fait toutes les attractions d’Hakone: Open Air museum, gondoles par-dessus les fumerolles actives d’Owakudani… mais le soir, on aimait être plus loin. Il faut être prêt à faire le voyage en train. Ce logement nous donnait notre havre de paix. Sans ça l’appartement est mignon, propre, très traditionnel. Je l’ai apprécié parce que j’ai des allergies asthmatiques. Je suis allergique aux oreillers de plume, au vieux tatamis et aux futons trop vieux. Ici, c’est hypoallergène et pour moi ça rend l’expérience encore plus superbe :) Je recommande chaudement.

Comfortable apartman, room was more spacious than it looked on the pictures:D However, it was designed for people with smaller stature, so someone who's above 180 cm might find it uncomfortable. Central location, relatively close to the bus and the sea. Many amenities offered, also close to many restaurants and convinience stores. Very communicative and helpful host. :) The only downside is that we had to be careful with the amount of hot water used for showering and dishes. Overall a great experience:D.

年越しで5日間お世話になりました！ 4歳の娘もいたのですが、ステップ台があったり、子供用の食器があったり、お庭にはトランポリン、ボール、ブランコ、バドミントンがあったりと、暇になることなく家族で楽しめました！ 両親も一緒でしたが寝室も２階に２部屋あるので、睡眠空間も快適でした！ お庭には柑橘類がたくさん実っていて、みかん狩り～と楽しく取らせてもらい美味しく頂きました😋 ありがとうございました！

Great sea view, great facilities, very clean, valuable, near convenient store.

この度はお世話になりました。 先ずチェックインした瞬間に仲間の心をつかんだのがリビングのアクセント壁紙「わぁー！」と自然に声が出てみんなと楽しい1泊の始まりでした！ 部屋の清潔感と使い勝手の良いキッチン用品で更にテンション上がりました。 また、最後の最後に忘れ物をしてしまいその対応にも感服しました。 小田原の旅の際はまたお願いします。 この度は素敵な旅の宿をありがとうございました。 小田原でairbnbお探しでしたら海まで1分のサマサマドゥアオススメします。

Great house. Great location. Amazing host! Everything was as described! Only downside (which is nothing to do with the host) is that there are many mosquitoes. Only reason I say this is because I travelled with my children. Repellant was provided. Overall it was great!

暇という贅沢を思いっきり感じました。ウグイスのさえずりや風にゆれる木々の音が忙しい日常から頭と心を解放してくれました。JKさんの丁寧な対応も安心感があり、最高の旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Hiroyuki and Akiko's place. The house was very relaxing and spacious. We were just 3 people, but it would be wonderful for large groups and is especially great for families with kids. It was very well-stocked with cooking supplies, toys, games, and everything you need for the beach. The location is ideal- about 10-15 min into town and a short walk to a beautiful beach. Akiko and Hiroyuki were very thoughtful hosts, sharing local recommendations and ideas for things to do. We took their suggestions and had a great time. We also visited their Yakiniku restaurant and had a delicious meal. We would love to stay with them again!

食器類は困ることがないぐらいに用意されていて、自分で作ろうと思えばなんでも作れる。 部屋は全部の部屋が綺麗で何も不満なことがなかった。 また近くに行く機会があったら必ずここに泊まらせていただきたい！そんなホテルでした！

We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. This Airbnb is a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Japanese charm. The private onsen was incredibly cozy and spacious, and the Hinoki wood accents throughout the house added a touch of elegance. We loved running each day at the beach, along the coast to another town, or up the river into the mountains, and simply relaxed and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Better get here first before we tell our friends about it for the same weekend!

En helt perfekt lille lejlighed. Den havde alt hvad man skulle bruge. Værten svare en meget hurtigt og checker op på en om hvordan man har det.

Very good place to stay! The beach is just a short 5 minute walk which we very much enjoyed. The view from the balcony is great. Not a whole lot of places to eat nearby but there is a full kitchen to cook with. We also stayed during typhoon and host was very responsive and let us stay an extra day as the trains were suspended.

The condo is located right off the main drag and directly across from a semi-private cove of one of the best beaches in Shimoda! The photos are true to life, the place was in pristine condition, all appliances worked out perfectly, and the bedding was super comfortable! Cheryl is a great hostess! The one thing we wish we could have changed was the weather, as it was misty and windy during our stay, and then of course, the sun popped out the day we had to leave :( Hoping we can get a do-over and land Cheryl's place again some day!

Great location walking distance from Shirahama Beach. Beautiful views of the coast and loved the wood throughout the condo.

綺麗で気持ちの良い部屋でした。中心部からも近く便利です。

最高の宿泊が出来ました。ありがとうございました。落雷の影響で数時間停電するアクシデントもありましたが、常に返信やアクションも早く、宿泊者を第一に考えてくださってると感じました。宿も素晴らしかったです。写真よりも家が広く、海が近く、新しかったので、より満足しています。おかげさまでサウナとBBQと音楽を堪能出来ました。また必ず行きます。
