Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Facility name [Uchi no Jikka] This house is my parents' home, where my parents ran a minsu for 30 years. My parents remodeled after decommissioning a minsu and intended to live here for the rest of their lives, but after returning their driver's license, it was very inconvenient to shop one, and I moved in front of the station.(My parents are still doing well) As everyone's "Jikka", which has become a vacant home, has been used as a place for Japanese friends, a place of healing, a place to learn, and a place for laughter. In addition to traveling with family and friends, there are also whiteboards and conference tables and chairs, so you can use them for small group seminars, workshops, and more.
