It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. This tiny house is within walking distance to all the beaches in Kisami. (Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, surfing, and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and travel as a base for workcation and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a single burner stove (gas) and simple cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments. We also provide free rental items for guests to use. Bicycles and kickboards are available for free, so please feel free to use them for a stroll during your stay. If you'd like to BBQ, please check the house rules for details. Also, please note that the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please see the house rules for smoking areas. Access is 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, get off at Iritah stop and walk 3 minutes, or 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. In front of the Iridahama Beach. It is a charge for 2 people per room. 1 mins to get into the sea by wearing a swimsuit.From the veranda, you have 180 degrees over the ocean.Cottage with upstairs room loft. There is only one group of accommodations per day, so you can stay without worrying about COVID-19. 12 tatami mats Western-style living room and loft (bedroom) toilet (with washlet) separate bathroom Parking for 1 guest is free. On the day of check-in, you can park free of charge even before check-in (before 15:00), but it will be charged after check-out. I don't think it's suitable for work because the wifi situation is not very good. Security cameras are installed in the on-site parking lot and the guest house entrance (by the stairs). Entry to the second floor of the room is prohibited on the premises other than guests. (Only guests submitted at the time of booking and check-in are available for entry and use of facilities) No change in the number of guests after booking.

From the terrace, go up one more level to the sky deck, where you can look out and see only nature. A breathtaking view spreads out. You can hear the slow flow of the Izu sea and fishing boats, as well as the babbling of the brook and the sound of birds. It's the best detox. When you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the sea will catch your eye. This house is a traditional 20 year old Japanese house. It is totally private as it's surrounded by trees. There is a walkway 5 minutes down to Shirahama Beach which is arguably one of the nicest beaches in Japan. We have added a large deck to the house for outdoor living. The bedrooms are very traditional Japanese. The kitchen is large and easy to use. We have a coffee machine, rice cooker, screen with HDMI chord (adapter needed for your device) and blue tooth speaker for your use.
